I confess I've not paid too much attention to birfer bills this year - they're so "last year" -but I was intrigued by Carl Seel's comment at the CPP that he had a bill in the legislature. Well that's not quite true - no surprise there - Seel has co-sponsored two birferish bills this year:
HB2718 is Judy Burges' latest, its key paragraphs are:

39nomination paper provided for in subsection A an affidavit UNDER PENALTY OF
39 PERJURY, which shall be printed in a form prescribed by the secretary of

SB1481 deals with presidential electors and it' key requirement was:

23 hold the office of presidential elector AND SHALL INCLUDE AN OATH THAT THE
24 CANDIDATE, IF ELECTED AS A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTOR, WILL CAST THE PRESIDENTIAL
25 ELECTOR'S BALLOT ONLY FOR A CANDIDATE WHO IS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE
26 UNITED STATES AND WHO WILL BE AT LEAST THIRTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE ON THE DATE
27 OF INAUGURATION.

The deadline for bill consideration in the house of origin is long past and the deadline consideration in the opposite house is 16th March so it looks as if AZ is going to be boring this year.
