Criminal complaint filed against GA judges

It is our old "friend" William (crazy as a loon) Windsor.

Candidate for Judge files Criminal
Gharges against Members of Judicial
Council of Georgia

Sunday, 26 February 2012 05.01
William M. Wndsor
William

William M. Windsor, candidate for Chief Magistrate Judge of
Cobb County Georgia
, has filed criminal charges against the
z5 judges who are members of the Judicial Council of
Georgia.

The Judicial Council of Georgia is a state-level judicial agency
charged with allegedly developing policies for administering
and improving the courts. There is no indication that the
Judicial Council of Georgia does any such thing.

It is very clear that the Judicial Council of Georgia commits obstruction of justice and
misprision of felonies in its aiding and abetting of criminal activities by the courts and court
personnel...
.

William M. Windsor has filed criminal charges against the 25 members of the Judicial Council of Georgia. William M. Windsor is a candidate for Chief Magistrate Judge of Cobb County GA. His platform is honesty, strict adherence to the rules and the law,
and protection of fundamental rights provided in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
I wiII not cover up the crimes and misconduct of any judge or Government official. [not even your own, William?] I have found that this is a routine practice of judges in Georgia. It should be quite clear that in addition to performing my regular duties as Chief Magistrate Judge, I will seek to expose
corruption everywhere that I find it.

In addition to the charges listed above he's filed criminal charges against another judge, Judge Jerry W. Baxter and a court reporter. It's the old Fitzpatrick/Rondeau the transcript does not fit my memory of what happened meme.

Quote:
I discovered two significant discrepancies in the Transcript. On Page 2 of the
Transcript, it says that I was sworn in to testify. I wasn't sworn in.

[...]

The second "discrepancy" is on Page 45 of the Transcript. This page says Judge Jerry W. Baxter
announced that any further filings in 2011CV206243 would have to be approved by the
Chief Judge. That never happened.

[...]

The Transcript was clearly falsified. I believe that Judge Jerry W. Baxter instructed his staff
to have Evelyn D. Parker change the Transcript to meet his corrupt needs.

Much more batshit craziness at the link.

Perhaps this action will finally net Mr. Windsor what he's been so deserving of for so long... a lockup in the looney bin.

I hope you were being snarky when you asked that.

Obly has paid almost $40,000 to have her ass handed to her twice in Georgia.

She's grasping at anything that backs up her "they're all corrupt criminal enablers" rants.

Windsor was sued by the Maiden of the Mist company, he lost and was forced to pay $400,000 in attorney fees. He has been filing motions, appeals, countless of pages of paper, in true Orly-esque fashion and is convinced that his failures are caused by a giant conspiracy.

Poor guy...

Judge Leon
Quote:
In his Feb. 14 ruling, Leon dismissed Windsor’s motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. He determined that Evans addressed all 62 motions filed by Windsor in the Georgia proceeding with “great care” and ruled that Windsor’s claims against her have no standing because she is covered by judicial immunity that renders her “immune from suit on all official judicial acts.” Leon also determined that Windsor failed to follow appropriate procedures in filing his complaints against Maid officials.

“Rather than filing a short and plain statement of his claims against these defendants, plaintiff has submitted a 505-page complaint which utterly fails to give defendants fair notice of what his claims are and the grounds upon which they rest,” Leon wrote in his ruling.

Wasn't he declared a vexatious litigant? Or is he trying for the Brass Ring on this round of the carousel.

IANAL, but I thought only the DA or State's Atty or whatever Georgia has posturing as a prosecutor could bring criminal charges to a grand jury in order to create indictments. Does the judicial system work differently in GA? Don't laugh. I'm trying to learn something here. And Windsor is a Ionesco character I don't know

Only prosecutors and grand juries can "file criminal charges" in the United States. That does not stop morans like Taitz and others from claiming something else.

WIndom sent a letter and complained that judges were acting "criminally" (because they didn't agree with him). That became a criminal complaint filing in Orlylaw.
