NYPD arrest a man who wants to blow up somebody but is not sure who.

This story raises a lot of questions. This person does seem mentally disturbed. How much is him and how much is the informant? That seems to be a question in a lot of the arrests.

Sounds like shoestrings might be too expensive for him.

Falsehoods unchallenged only fester and grow.
