Tender Wings of Desire" tells the story of "rebellious Lady Madeline Parker," who falls for Harland Sanders, "a handsome sailor with a mysterious past." It's set in Victorian England and is 96 pages long.

The sensual aroma of mouthwatering romance, as he held the chickens Thigh forcefully, and rubbed his tongue against the her tender flesh...

A blatant rip-off of the Twain classic, A Kentucky Colonel in Queen Victoria's Court.

Why. Does the thought of Queen Victoria with a Breast in each hand disturb you?

Ok, I'm having WAAAAY too much fun with this...

I thought you guys were joking. It is a book and even free on Kindle at the moment. At the very least, that should stir up some fun discussion over at Goodreads :)

I downloaded it and have read about half of it. Not very good. Harlan Sanders doesn't even show up until the middle of the book. So far nothing about fried chicken. :(

If there's no fried chicken I'm not going to read it.

Does it at least have bacon in it?

Gosh. I'll take a look at this serious literature.

More importantly why is KFC so bad when it used to be really good? How can a company completely destroy its reputation so completely? Georgia Gold Kentucky Fried Chicken? How stupid is that? And those moronic commercials, what gives with that?

Your bookshelf must be nearly empty if you only read books featuring fried chicken.

I guess you can console yourself with your stash of muck-spreader porn at the back of the closet.

The Chick-Fil-A version is "Tender Wings of Salvation".

A white hot romance between a 50- or 60-something guy and a cute 20-year-old gal.

Sounds like just the summer romance novel for me. Are there pictures?

You may kill me if you keep making these comments. Difficulty breathing after that laughing/coughing fit.

Apparently I don't watch TV enough to have seen the moronic commercials. Probably a blessing.

If there is no Sanders until halfway through there won't be any chicken making until the end and it will be CHASTE, Suranis, because she will likely discover he is her long lost father!!!!!!

Makes perfect sense.

"I went to her window, asked her what she got
Said the special today was the eight piece box
You can eat some now, you can eat some later
You can warm 'em back up with your French fried potaters
Yeah I'm snackin' all night, it's all right, all right
Got an eight piece box

Well she laid it on the table and gave me a grin
Opened it up and said dig on in
I started on a thigh and then I got me a breast
My mouth got so full I had to save the rest
Yeah I'm snackin' all night, it's all right, all right
Got an eight piece box"

I'd want a cute 50- or 60-something gal. I don't look at pictures anymore.

The reviews are in!

Join Lady Madeline Parker as she runs away from her love famined, dry betrothal like a, a, a chicken with its head cut off. Salivate as she meets Harland, a sailor with a past, who marinates her in the secret ingredients of passion, gently, lovingly caressing her delicious skin, as his cologne of Original Recipe #5 fills her nostrils. She inhales deeply as his cob of corn moves closer to her cornbread muffin. Overcome with hunger, they move in haste, spilling passion's white slaw sauce like so much liquid confetti.

Breathless, he raises her batter speckled hand to his lips and whispers, "Finger lickin' good."
