Well... maybe not... dunno.

I got info from 5 sources showing William Chatfield being in TX and one showing the following, need verification or disproval of the info below

Posted on | August 17, 2012 | No Comments

Quote:
Read his bio on the OxyBioMed web site – former director of Selective Service. Were there more than 2 William Chatfields who served as directors of selective service? Even Forbes Magazine mentions that William Chatfield went to work for OxyBioMed. His only connection to Texas is that he was born there.
http://www.forbes.com/profile/william-chatfield/

One would think her BFFs Sankey or Daniels or Hendershot or even Sampson could do this in a few minutes... but then she'd have to act like a real attorney and hire someone and actually pay them to do so. OR... wouldn't these fine folks volunteer their time/services to oust the usurperer? 8>

I need verification, whether this is a correct address for William chatfield, former director of Selective Service, so I can serve him with the complaint.

also, I need verification in regards to a specific federal district for Irvine, TX. (TX has several districts

In all seriousness, I don't know who's more incompetent, Orly or the FM's, but why does she think they are better able to find
out the info she allegedly needs instead of her newest paralegal? Why did she hire her? For our attorneys here, have you seen anything possibly written by a "new" paralegal that is written properly?

Wonder what happened to Yulia? Maybe she scared her off already =))

Yulia the paralegal is pretending to be Oliver Wendell Holmes.

Too bad she missed the "Jr." (Yulia never misses the "Esq.")

I've located the real William Chatfield. All I will say is that it took me 4 minutes using Google and the publicly-available "White Pages." It also requires an attention to details.

I hope Taitz files in Texas and serves the Texas Chatfield. It will be fun to watch this case get dismissed for lack of venue, too. Of course, that will be sometime after November 8, 2012.

A suit filed in the correct Chatfield's district would mean that one of our beloved members would have a first row seat but Taitz can't get anytihgn strgaith. (Cough cough.)

So, the poor William Chatfield in "Irvine" is going to get some suit in the mail, and he will not have the option of calling the US Attorney's office for representation. Another REAL VICTIM of Taitz.

Didn't the Fogbow community in the past inform a potential victim of Orlenas website that a meteorite may be landing in their garden?

William Chatfield’s reward from Obama

If you decide not to serve William Chatfield in Orange County, where he works, here is the smoking gun with his address in North Carolina. Like Solyndra, this company and the shares William Chatfield owns, came from Obama financing. I wonder why no one has made a big deal of this association. Maybe OxyBioMed did not get half a billion dollars so it was not worth of mention in the lame stream media?

Ohs noes -- now Orlena knows that venue lies in any state where a corporation (whose stock the defendant owns) has its principal place of business! She musta discovered International Shoe and progeny after all!

This is probably a hoax, but just for due diligence i want to check if there is any connection between William Chatfield who was the Director of the Selective Service and William Chatfield , Director of Oxygen Biotherapeutics. It seems to me these are two different people.

She has just about run the course with 'Judge Shopping' , now she has moved up to 'Defendant Shopping'.

Hell, just file a suit against every one of them in the phone book. You're bound to run into the right one.

There are 3 SEC filings under June 14. You are looking at the wrong one.

It’s the same William A. Chatfield because Forbes Magazine identified him as the former head of Selective Service.

The William A. Chatfield who has an address in Texas in the correct William Chatfield that you are looking at. However, those addresses are investment properties. His wife owns one of the investment properties at 1500 Bonham Court and William owns another at 1517 Bonham Court. An Arab gentleman owns some of the other investment properties on that block, whether in his own name or using straw men.

http://www.city-data.com/dallas-county/ ... urt-1.html

Although William A. Chatfield owns investment properties in Texas and he is affiliated with a North Carolina firm, he works out of their Orange County Office. A process server can easily find him by going to his OC business address.

Well, I am glad that Orly's detective squad has everything figured out. It is truly amazing what a group of morons can accomplish! They even tied the Chatfields to an "Arab gentleman"!

Well, since Mr. Chatfield owns real property in Texas I guess that's the venue ticket.

I keep hoping she re-files in California based on new information about Mr. Chatfield working out of an Orange County Office. A few more red herrings placed in Orly's path and she'll be a totally confused puppy hound (not that I am implying that she was not confused to begin with).

If she sues the wrong Mr. Chatfield, what would his remedy be against Orly?
