I may be showing my ignorance here - but who would a challenge in a caucus state be filed with? Does the state have any role or would be simply a party matter?

As delusional as she is Orly is going to get tired of flying to all of the primary states and getting her ass handed to her really quick. I expect that her latest shiny object will lose it's sparkle after South Carolina or perhaps the fourth State (whichever it is I forget).
