An Alabama State Supreme Court justice earlier this week agreed that findings suggesting Barack Obama presented a forged birth certificate to the nation “would raise serious questions about the [document's] authenticity” if presented as evidence in court.

Looks to me that they finally found a birther friendly judge, but that AL suit was procedurally totally defective, and he was forced to dismiss it. But - Judge Parker is a good ol' Stars n' Bars boy and likely KKK/birther, so he used the ruling to dimiss as a vehicle for his bench to suggest that there is validity or merit to at least some of the birther package submitted to him. That jumbled mess of a package submitted in that case included Arpaio's CCP crap, and the usual mountain of self-contradictory crap "questioning" Obama's papers, plus McInnis's added some of his own racist diatribe.
So of COURSE slimeballs at WND had to puff the dismissal up into one of their patented "OMG!" articles, and to keep alive the hopes of Any.Day.Now with this tiny balloon.

Notice in the WND article you linked, the author describes how the CCP's findings cast doubts upon Obama's birth certificates. Actually, the CCP report says they have "probable cause" to think that the online image of the LFBC that was posted to White House website may have been digitally altered (which they stretched to conclude it might be manufactured) - CCP was specific that it was the online image, not the printed document itself.
WND dweebs, of course, are paid to expand that Corsi lie to an even bigger lie and accuse Obama of having legal documents that were forgeries.
Probably 90+% of birthers and birther leaning folks (who don't like Obama or any "colored" being in the White House) are easily led by the nose to think the CCP found the printed documents to be forgeries, and do not notice the subtle difference - and do not notice that they are being manipulated.
That's the aim of Corsi's and WND's Swiftboat effort. Cast doubts with a network of carefully presented flimsy lies.

If Judge Parker was the one who was presiding over an official airing and legal scrutiny of Arpaio's CCP investigation, and other birther evidence, he'd be the one forced to rule that every bit of it is either faked, or is inadmissible because every bit of it would be shown to be horse poop. I'm thinking that may be the only way this ends - get the birther crap aired and scrutinized in a court and destroy it, piece by piece.
