Can you use a single smiley only once? No repeats?

No other restrictions.

The judges, however, will frown upon the use of :horse:

As all birther attorneys are mere standing on the shoulders of Berg's dead horse.

Why are there five votes for Orly as the "least incompetent" attorney? Has Orly voted five times?

The question was confuzzling. You know, like the politicians do.

Stern would have objected* to "Who is the most competent attorney?"

Love the Donofrio choice. Gotta dispute the Jensen and Taitz ones, though.
Unfortunately, the appropriate smilies are not available for those two (probably because they don't exist). For Jensen, we need a smiley getting run over by a bus. Taitz's is close, but she's moved past the horse and is now beating the slightly discolored patch of ground where the horse used to be.

My choice for Jensen was the closest I could find to biting, representing Dogbite Jensen. I guess I should have added a disclaimer. I think Orly is beating a dead horse. Oh well.

That works for Jensen - I'll retract. (Although I'd still love an "under the bus" smiley.) I think the one for Orly is the closest possible - you got it right. The only difference between us is that I think she's beaten the remains of the dead horse into complete oblivion and is still beating the same spot.

Can't, in good faith, vote. Each one is a bigger douche than the other. They should all be tied in a sack and drowned in the nearest river.
Not A Death Threat. Possibly a death wish...consult Charles Bronson for confirmation. Oh, wait, he's dead. I WIN!!! YAY ME!!

Yikes, me too! I voted for Orly, as she is the least competent!

Re-voting is enabled.

So far, Kreep is the runaway "winner."

I did the same thing
