Oops, I read it too quickly. I thought it said "least competent" rather than incompetent.

Going to have to go with Gary Kreep. He has set up a 501(c)(3) and managed not to get arrested. He also appears actually to make a living at what he is doing.

Anyone who picked Orly should probably re-read the title of the subject or otherwise explain themselves.

Crackers. I did the same thing. And I was the first person to vote.

Is there a way to reboot the poll?

This is very hard.

Orly may be nutz, and absolutely nothing she does is correct, but she has gotten more birther traction than any of them.

Most of them have been sanctioned at least once. So, you really can't go by that.

Several of them have varying degrees of paranoia. Leo bleached his hair, wore a disguise, and took a crazy route to deliver his lawsuit, and still thought somebody tracked him. Orly has her car emissions hose theory. The Pidgeon had the black SUV's and helicopters chasing him, so he emailed birthers with instructions in case he was never heard from again.

It's a weird bunch.

But how to choose who is least competent? :-? A hard decision.

I missed that. That doesn't even make any sense. Why not just wait for it to get docketed and then wait for him at the hearing?

Kreep, for all the reasons previously stated. He also knows when to hire someone to ghost his stuff for him.

As for those who voted for Taitz, they either did so because they felt sorry for her or they misread the question.

Donofrio posted it on his site. He purged his blog at one point, and I don't think it was "recovered."

Lucky for us, it was archived at CW:
Quote:
Before leaving for DC the night before, I died my hair blond, shaved, put on rock and roll clothes and stuffed the copies of my application in a hole through the pockets of my jacket which hid the documents in my back.

I looked nothing like the attorney who had been in the Hughes Justice complex all week in New Jersey.

But I made one mistake.

I had my electronic passport in my sneaker. I walked into Union Station to purchase a $35 trolley ticket and probably set off an RFID tracker.

"More" at the link.

Kreep.

Even less sense when, based on pics, it's not like the first time he'd bleached his hair.

Loh, leo's "true story" is hilarious. :P Is it allowable to print to file and scribd it?

ETA: You gotta go to the CW link bob provided above, and scroll down to the big "PARACLETE HIGH SCHOOL" graphic (fer realz). Then just a little bit more to where it says "True Story".

From what I gathered, Hatfield started out in the local prosecutor's office and after a few years went private and worked the other side of aisle. He's "lost" a few cases on appeal (i.e., the appeallate court affirmed his clients' convictions).

Sorry, I couldn't do it. I just couldn't bring myself to vote.

Which form of execution leaves the victim least alive?

Hanging
Poisoning
Electrocution
Beheading
Drowning
Burning at the Stake
Stoning

I dunno. But any of these has gotta be preferable to being represented by any of the "attorneys" in the poll.

Let's give Donofrio the benefit of the doubt, and that his "TRUE STORY" acutally was an allegory.

Donofrio's readers sure thought his story was, well, true.

The comments are hilarious. And, everything the leo writes is partly truth and partly fiction.

Trying to choose between all of those choices is a lot like trying to decide which cup of buzzard vomit to drink from. Do you go with fresh from the bird, or sun-aged and piquant??

This. Kreep has the edge right now, but it's not totally inconceivable that Hatfield might pull ahead in a few weeks.

It's probably worth noting the utter lack of distinction that's associated with being the least incompetent birther lawyer. It's kind of like being declared the best figure skater in Equatorial Guinea.

Those creative among us may want to try this challenge:

Match up each birfer attorney with one of the new smileys. Except for Orly Taitz, you can only use one smiley. With Taitz you can use up to 3 (but it may require a separate post).
