Well, my only thing was at the end of the revolutionary war, on past the signing of the Constitution, the US was DESPERATE for immigrants. They needed money, skills and manpower. If you think about it, at the end of the revolution, US had absolutely no Navy and very little in the way of a merchant marine...almost all of that was owned by England. So they needed people to design ships, build them, man them, captain them...skilled people. And that's just one part of it. So, it makes absolutely NO SENSE that a new country desperate for immigrants would somehow be worried about immigrants' children growing up to become President. Now, today, it's a whole different story.
