Looks like we'll have some of that "breaking news" after all!!! \:D/

I have been meaning to post this, but I keep forgetting. Can we fix the spelling in this thread title? Don't want to be looking like the birthers. ;;)

 What? Land's order is old news already. it's been out for almost 10 hours and Orly hasn't been disbarred yet.

In case you missed the show last night about 30 minutes into the show we began discussing when Orly had to file an appeal with the 11 Circuit on Judge Land's order for sanctions when Bam! ChOrly's amazing pile of poop hit PACER. I couldn't have scripted it better. =D>

I have to listen today, RC. I was waiting for your show time and started reading a book. I must have lasted fifteen minutes before conking out on the couch and when I woke up it was too late.

RC - You're absolutely right - you couldn't have scripted it better. Yesterday's show was terrific, both the discussion around Orly's nutsy appeal and the Wong Kim Ark discussion also. Loved how our legal eagles were able to discuss the legal issues without any problem, as compared to Mario the other night.

Great show, everyone - =D> =D> I really enjoyed it!

I listened to last nights show earlier today.

It was so nice to hear some voices to put to the names here!

Also it was terrific to hear you get the PACER report re the dismissal, (some muffled chuckling) and then the transcript from SCRIBD (outright giggles and hilarity).

I'm absolutely useless at working out international time differences, but I'll try and listen live, next time. :D

Once again -- I hope -- there will be a Special Edition of Reality Check Radio, tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern time.

I'm having trouble trying to set up tonight's show. Tried for more than half an hour, can log in as R/C, but CANNOT add a new show for tonight. It simply WILL NOT load.

R/C, are you having better luck?

I just want to add my thanks.

I love the way you were all so calm and clear in the way you explain what events led to the ruling, and the ruling itself.

This is the third time I've listened now and your style is so much more easy to listen to (and informative) than the hysterical yipping and yapping on Birther Blog Talk shows.

Thanks to you and June bug for the kind words. As I said the others make it easy. The concept for the show is to deal in facts and label speculation as such. The birthers deal in wishful speculation and fantasy. I prefer to stick with reality and rational thinking.

I am not sure if i will continue with the weekly show as the cases wind down to the appeal stage. I might go to an ad hoc basis as events dictate. A good example would be when Orly is disbarred. That would probably merit a show. \:D/

Enjoyed the show, which I caught on my iPod. One of these days I will call in. Now that Phoenix is one hour ahead of California thanks to daylight savings, I'll have a better chance to do so in future shows.

Since we had two shows last week I was not planning to do a show tonight. Foggy has volunteered to do the show next week for a change of pace.

I am starting this thread for news about RC Radio such as topics for upcoming shows. Since the show is about debunking birther lies I think it fits here. I will be back this week. Thanks to my replacement hosts Neonzx and Foggy for filling in the last two weeks. =D>
