What? Land's order is old news already. it's been out for almost 10 hours and Orly hasn't been disbarred yet.

In case you missed the show last night about 30 minutes into the show we began discussing when Orly had to file an appeal with the 11 Circuit on Judge Land's order for sanctions when Bam! ChOrly's amazing pile of poop hit PACER. I couldn't have scripted it better.

I have to listen today, RC. I was waiting for your show time and started reading a book. I must have lasted fifteen minutes before conking out on the couch and when I woke up it was too late.

RC - You're absolutely right - you couldn't have scripted it better. Yesterday's show was terrific, both the discussion around Orly's nutsy appeal and the Wong Kim Ark discussion also. Loved how our legal eagles were able to discuss the legal issues without any problem, as compared to Mario the other night.

I love the way you were all so calm and clear in the way you explain what events led to the ruling, and the ruling itself.

This is the third time I've listened now and your style is so much more easy to listen to (and informative) than the hysterical yipping and yapping on Birther Blog Talk shows.

Thanks to you and June bug for the kind words. As I said the others make it easy. The concept for the show is to deal in facts and label speculation as such. The birthers deal in wishful speculation and fantasy. I prefer to stick with reality and rational thinking.

I am not sure if i will continue with the weekly show as the cases wind down to the appeal stage. I might go to an ad hoc basis as events dictate. A good example would be when Orly is disbarred. That would probably merit a show.
