If the Conference Attendance Record is not posted before I get home from Wednesday On The Square I will scan it and post. Kinda impossible to do from my smartphone while drinking wine at an outdoor concert.

Pay close attention to the second column where the attendees indicate on whose behalf they are present. That is very significant.

There are only about 3 people should could harass from that list and 2 of them are here supporters. Orly has known about Fogbow etc for a long time, so this is a pretty stupid move on her part. It draws attention to possible criminal activity in funds management and diversion of donations - this is attention Orly doesn't want, but maybe the IRS should check just to make sure where all that money goes???

There were very few people on the list. Two are her supporters. Two are opposing counsel. One is a member of Fogbow in good standing.

Try to think of the most damaging things she could say about our esteemed member.

"A federal employee attended the hearing." (Did she disrupt the hearing? Did she influence the outcome? Did she say a word on the record? Did she approach the court, the clerk, the court reporter, or any court employee at all? No, she did not. She sat and observed the proceedings, then left quietly.)

"She showed her federal ID on a neck lanyard." (And this is improper because .............?)

"She reported what she saw in court on Fogbow and on R.C. Radio." (And Orly, being Orly, will also claim that she told "lies" about what happened in court; but we'll obtain the transcript, and shock of shocks, it will turn out that the Fogbow member's account of what happened in court will match up perfectly with the official record of the hearing.)

I honestly can't think of anything else she could say, even in her twisted, demented, evil mind.

She could claim our member "harassed" her, but that's a conclusory statement that needs specific facts to back it up. What exactly did she do that was harassment? Orly won't be able to describe any behavior that anyone with an actual functioning brainbone would think was harassment.

And then who is she going to report all this to? The FBI? The Ninth Circuit before they affirm Judge Carter's ruling? The International Court of Human Rights? The Justice Dept.? The Fogbow member's employer?

I guaranfuckintee you that none of the above are going to give a rat's patootie about any "formal complaint" made by a twisted, demented, evil bitch.

So, umm ... yeah, Highlands. I think she'll TRY to harass people ... one person in particular. But as I mentioned earlier, it will be an epic fail, and if she does manage to conduct any actual harassment, she'll find out that the Fogbow and its membership have the resources to respond appropriately in a way that Orly won't like one little bit. We DO rule this planet, n'est ce pas? ;;)

I do believe that harassment of a Federal Employee is a Federal Crime...

Well, that didn't take long. The Chaleria just posted this meaningless document at her House 'O Malware. Along with a bunch of threats. Oh by the way, O'rly, you could now become the defendant in a libel suit. And I assure you the Plaintiff will be represented by more than competent counsel. You'd better tell Yosi, NOW!

I learned that she scribbled wrote her name, and then went back and added a "Dr" in front of it.

In late January and early February, Orly posted the picture, state bar record and other information about another Fogbower and called on the minions to assemble a "comprehensive complaint" to the bar about the "harassment" she allegedly endured. The Fogbower responded to her post, asking for details of the alleged harassment. Her response was something along the lines of "wouldn't you like to know".

There was no complaint. Zip, zilch, nada.

Now if there had been a complaint, based on conflated stories of broken car hoses and nonexistent references to "men in black", this Fogbower would have sued her into retirement.

Hey, Orly, did I ever tell you that Lisa Liberi is my best friend? Yeah, that's right. We've been friends since before I moved away from San Bernardino. She introduced me to Phil. Did you know that I've been working for Berg since 2008? All those pleadings he filed -- well, I wrote them. I used to live in Pennsylvania, in 2000 - 2002. When I lived there the court reporter for the E.D. Pa. worked lots of my depositions -- I think she is good at her craft. I would vouch for her character any day of the week. I'm heading to Washington DC next week -- anything you want me to tell the docket clerk in DC?

This is just more of "ME VICTIM!"

Is she serious about actually doing anything? Of course not! She wouldn't call on her imaginary legions of birfers to "assemble comprehensive complaints" if she were. They're not capable, and neither is she. She just wants to play the outraged victim, and cling to the belief that she is respected by thousands who are horrified on her behalf.

I'm struck by how everything generates a "can someone call (whoever -- some state senator, Donald Trump, the FBI) and find out (something)...?" as if she had a staff at her beck and call, rather than a few intellectually-challenged white seniors whose computers barely work after she's given them all malware.

Her time is past, so I expect the "ME VICTIM!" to get louder and more strident .... and I actually wonder if she will deliberately do something to try to provoke a suit, just to try to get back into court ("back in the game"), so she can get some more attention.

"Histrionic Personality Disorder"

People who suffer with this disorder have distorted self-images and an overwhelming need to be noticed and be the constant center of attention. Their self-esteem is totally dependant on the approval of others. They are very manipulative and dramatic, as well as naïve and gullible. They often exaggerate a seductive image and have little or no tolerance for criticism or disapproval.

Sound like anyone we know? Hummmmm? :-k

In the early days, she was demanding that the FBI should investigate the Supreme Court, and at the same time she was demanding that the Supreme Court should investigate the FBI. #-o

Amazingly enough, neither of them ever did investigate the other.

Nobody has paid the slightest attention to her complaints for 2½ years, and that isn't going to change.

She will ratchet up the crazy when her subpoena gets quashed and the Ninth Circuit ruling comes out.

She almost has to be running out of levels of crazy at this point.

I mean, seriously, the top end of the crazy scale has traditionally been defined by a person who runs around with underwear on their head making "cluck-cluck" noises at complete strangers. O'Rly has already hit the point where she's wearing spiders on her face, and she's popping into random courtrooms making "usurper-usurper" noises. I'm not sure there's a lot of room left before the poor woman maxes out the batshit.

She may ratchet up the crazy when she finds out there is a judicial vacancy for the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and an OBOT is being considered for that position. =))

Orly, be careful who you piss off today; she might be behind the bench tomorrow (or successfully recommend who is).

Note: There are actually 3 judicial vacancies at present for this District Court. Pres Obama has already made two nominations (Nannette Brown and Jane Triche-Milazo) for these positions.
