Naidu is getting rather bold on these calls. He loves bragging about his "accomplishments" to the marks. Apparently 5 years ago he also ran a sovcit scam where he charged $995 for you to learn sovcit foreclosure tactics. He was mad that "only" 27 people showed up to learn his wisdom - only a payday of $27k for spouting BS.

The SEC may be able to shut down this scam. I'm kinda convinced of that after reading a transcript in the Freedom Club USA lawsuit.

Doesn't this sound like it would cover Naidu's scam?

From the Native American Law and Justice Center link:Many are aware that their Certificate of Live Birth (CoLB) is a security worth many millions. You can see that most Certificates of Live Birth are printed on bank note paper just like securities. - See more at: http://monetizecolb.org/index.php#sthas ... .dpufBirth certificates are printed on decent paper therefore they must be worth millions. Can't argue with that. What would happen if John Vidurek/Darash were to place a birth certificate in his powahful fax machine and press "send"? Would it melt the entire universe?

Birth certificates are printed - by some states (not others) - on paper worked up by a bank note/stock certificate printing company because the paper is intended to frustrate fraud and alterations.  Some other states (Hawaii comes to mind, for some reason) use special security paper with a colored background (the Hawaiian version is called green basketweave) intended to accomplish this same anti-fraud result.  This was not always done - before WW2 (very roughly) a lot of places used plain paper but an impression seal of the health department was considered sufficient evidence of the birth certificate's authenticity (my first job was with the US Passport Office in NYC, so I got trained and experienced in some of these details).  In 2004 the Congress, as an anti-terrorism measure, enacted a law that required all states to use security paper for their birth certificates.  Anyway, the whole point of "banknote paper" (which is not used by every state) is simply anti-counterfeiting, anti-alteration.

The purpose of the security paper background is to complicate and hopefully frustrate efforts to produce a counterfeit by photocopying.  I ought to mention that, even with the security paper that is required by the 2004 federal law, birth certificates still carry the impression seal into the security paper.  Back in 2004 the Congress seemed satisfied that the combination of security paper AND impression seal would be sufficient. Some of the banknote paper used by some states for their birth certificates has that strange sort of artwork that says something like VOID all over the page in a photocopy.  Similar to what they do for money order forms.Security paper is also used for prescription writing; one of the brands advertises several anti-fraud devices, including microprinting, a watermark, some special design that only appears when the paper is looked at from an angle, etc.

My goodness, do you have any idea just how clever and witty Not-A-Judge Naidu really is??  Of course you don't because no mere mortal could ever comprehend his brilliance. You'll be thrilled to know that his previous price of $30,000 for tuition at his "ecclesiastical law school" has been changed.  Instead of requiring payment in advance, all you need do is sign a promissory note and when your birth certificate pays out those brazillion dollars he's promised, THEN you pay him for that tuition!   And no, for the umpteenth time, he swears this is NOT a scam.  NOT! A! SCAM!The man is a saint, I tells ya.NAIDU CALL - June 2, 2015 - 76MB - 1 hour 22 minutes:

Naidu call - Tuesday June 9, 2015Naidu was in exceptionally fine form tonight; totally on his game, if you will. Which is exactly what this is; a game he has played for a very long time. Prior to tonight I did not fully grasp what the magic was about Naidu; now I get it.Where John Vidurek struggles with reading, has limited vocabulary and is void of any redeeming charm or grace...Naidu shows he is intelligent, delights in vocabulary twists and proves that on his good days he can be a confident, lively and skilled public speaker.  To his target audience, he can be a magnetic and persuasive preacher. The Robin to Naidu's Batman is one Tom Widlar. Tom is petty, petulant, hyper-defensive, bitter and primitively-skilled both technically and socially. Tom is not a young man, so his abrasive qualities are magnified thus making him even more repellent. Petulance in the young and foolish is annoying but inspires hope that it's just temporary; this same behavior in the mature is often permanent and thus hopeless. The latest big whoop in the Naidu scam is the additional website page at MonetizeCoLB.org for his ecclesiastical law school.  As announced last week, he's putting in abeyance the usual $30,000 up-front tuition fee required to enroll, in exchange for your notarized signature and your Social Security number on a promissory note. Funds are due only after your birth certificate is monetized by him buying an international bill of exchange that will make everyone rich beyond their wildest dreams. What's $30,000 to a zillionaire, right? He says if the birth certificate thing fails, then no tuition is due but at least you'll have a "law degree" FREE! Wow. Isn't that exciting.  Says he can do this because he's "not in it for the money."Before Naidu joins the call @14:30, Tom answers callers' questions. And by "answers" I mean "acts like a toddler whose mom forgot to cut the crust off his sammich."AUDIO:  Total 106MB, about 2 hours.

Thanks for the update, lookit. So it looks like his first scam is the $ for the birth certificate thing, then if that fails he can steal everyone's identity.I wonder what he has promised to Tom to get him to ride along though?

More than just identity theft, although that is bad enough.  I am thinking of false personations to get US passports, get into the country under an assumed identity, and stay .... with the passport as proof of citizenship and stateside birth.  And, of course, foreign terrorists, spies, and the like getting into the US on such passports. Some of those people are going to need their birth certificates again, though those certificates may be brittle with age, to prove their age for the purpose of obtaining pensions.

At 1:22 Jason of the NLA calls in to talk to the esteemed not-a-Judge Naidu on the recent pumping call:http://monetizecolb.org/calls/2015-06-3 ... oLB.mp3The judge is not impressed by the NLA's writs.

The marks continue to happily buy not-a-judge Naidu's scam it seems. On the latest call they are asking about how they will get to use their millions. Naidu tells them you'll get a special credit card in the mail and when you use it will connect via satellites to your trust. No, really. The stupidity of these people is amazing. Then, get this, NLA pops up! In what form? You know that guy that routinely shows up on NLA calls talking about his charges related to intimidating marshals while doing NLA gibberish at the courthouse? Hes back! And now wants to tell his story to not-a-judge Naidu as well at 55:00 -http://monetizecolb.org/calls/2015-07-0 ... &CoLB.mp3I really think that these charges are the absolute highlight of this guy's life. He just can't stop talking about it. Unfortunately, not-a-judge Naidu cuts him off so that he can get back to pumping the birth certificate scam.

By the way, if these callers are any indication - and if not-a-judge is being half way truthful - he has raked in $300k-$400k on this. I wonder at what point hes going to do a disappearing act? He seems to do this every 5-10 years - hes done this "cash out your birth certificate!" scam at least two times previously. He'll reappear in another 5-10 years and a whole new generation of suckers will pay him again.Hes literally living off the stupidity of the prosperity/redemption cult.

The guy at ~33:00 is a fool or a shill. He sounds more like a fool.He says if you follow the fake judge, "I'm guaranteeing you we're going to be on a whole different level. All the dreams and all the stuff you've always wanted, it's all there! It's just sitting there waiting for you to grab it."That whole different level may be a subterranean jail cell.

Commenter is correct; the total has not moved from 3790 since at least January of this year.  Tom Widlar says it's because "there's no way to count the payment packets" to update the total; that he needs to set up a very complex "online system" before he can count anything.  When callers suggest simple scratchings on a simple spreadsheet with a crayon or other OBVIOUS solutions; Widlar gets hyper-defensive, exceedingly nasty and shuts himself down like a bawling squawling toddler.Naidu's shtick is that he cannot...CANNOT!...make you rich until this number hits 20,000.  When said magic number of paying members is achieved, Naidu will buy a bill of exchange for $5 meeeeeeellion dollars which he will then multiply into elebenty bajillion dollars and then everyone will instantly enjoy champagne wishes and caviar dreams.  When anyone dares ask how many members there are so far toward the 20,000 required, Widlar pitches a snot-slinging hissy fit.  DO NOT ASK!!  Just send your money and STFU!  And for the umpteenth time, this is NOT a scam dammit!  ZOMG how many times do Widlar and Naidu have to repeat themselves!!   How many times does not-a-judge Naidu have to tell a buncha greedy morans that he is NOT in this for the money and that he just wants to help the stupid people!!
