The Trib is the Right leaning newspaper in Pittsburgh. It's the conservative newspaper. Richard Mellon Scaife bought it in the 70's. It was that newspaper that started all the investigations of the Clintons. I'm amazed that article appeared in that paper.

Ya gotta hate how this moran hides behind a smarmy attempt at personificating the Constitution. Yeah, right, it's not just you; it's the Constitution who will be disappointed.

If there was a true investigation the findings will be these.

• The social security database used is known to be full of errors and there is no evidence to support social security fraud.
• There is no evidence to support the contention that Barack Obama's name was ever changed.
• There is no evidence to support the contention that Barack Obama had Indonesian citizenship.
• There is no evidence to support the contention that Barack Obama was born anywhere other than the hospital listed in his Hawai'ian birth certificate.
• There is no evidence to support any of the other contentions proposed by the birther movement.
• There is evidence to support the misuse of federal databases by various parties and that evidence was forwarded to federal prosecutors.

If the findings are outside of that list, then the "sheriff's posse" is nothing more than a "citizen's grand jury" under Sheriff Joe's name.
