WTF does this have to do with this story?

That's strange. Illegal immigrants typically go out of their way to leave evidence of their footsteps. How odd that someone evading detection would not be detected. :-k

Undocumented immigrants also always apply for their own social security numbers. I have never even heard of a case where an undocumented worker has borrowed someone else's number. I don't think it's ever happened.

The only way such a statement has meaning is that there is documentation of every place she has been and every moment of her life here has been accounted for.

Indeed, raicha.

Yet, there's no evidence that he did not set foot in Indiana either. ;;)
Apparently no one has known where this guy has been/is for years.

If he hadn't had a little too much to drink and drove in front of a police car at an intersection, we still would not know where he was. Apparently, he has been here since he came to attend high school and has been here ever since. I think I remember reading about his sister staying with him at different times.

You're mixing this up. Zeituni is a woman, Pres. Obama's aunt. She's the one they allege has an "Indiana" social security number. Zeituni has been here a long time and has lived mostly in the Boston area, but who's to say she never lived in Indiana. Like maybe right over the border in East Chicago. People commute from Hammond and East Chicago to work in the city. Omar Onyango Obama is the President's uncle. He's the one who was picked up for DUI. He's 67. I don't think he's been here since he went to high school, but he's been here a long time. They allege he has a "Massachusetts" SSN. I put the states' names in quotes because the SSA says at their very own website that the first three numbers are no longer assigned by state and mean nothing.

If you listen to some talk radio hosts around here, you'd swear the only people who drove drunk were illegal immigrants.

Listen more closely. What they are really saying is that illegal immigrants are the only ones who are not allowed to drive while drunk.

If this article can be believed, he has been in the Boston area for a very long time. He was mentioned in Dreams from my Father as having left Kenya in the 60's and not returning.

http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/wo ... 6124269032

At any rate, he has been here and kept a low profile for a long time even though reporters were trying to track him down. He now has the same attorney that represented his sister, Zeituni, in her successful application for asylum. Since he is similarly situated as far as the political situation and fears of persecution, it seems reasonable that he will also be allowed to stay legally.

I attempted to post a few things at ORYR. Of course, I disagree with the party line over there. But my general comments did survive moderation.

The ones that did not were those that specifically debunked comments by Kerchner himself.

Interesting to see who is running the show there.

What happened to the dude who claimed he was on a world tour?

Maybe Kerchner ate him.

The question is, which way (if any) did Uncle Omar obtain his, legally or otherwise.

Since uncle Omar is not a U.S. citizen, he is not exempted from a FOIA request of information. In this manner, it can be discovered. Was he a temp. immigrant worker and overstayed? If so, and most likely a FOIA is the only method of determination, then he would have been issued a valid SS#.

Once these temp. legal working immigrants overstay, they in turn continue to use the temp. valid SS# to gain continuous State and Federal benefits illegally.

Nonetheless: I blame President Obama. For doing something and/or nothing. About this, or something else.

Same experience. Gary Wilmot, who is believed to be running the show over there, will not post any comment that corrects a misstatement of law, even if the comment includes citations to legal authority. They are that afraid of the truth.

Oh, little birthers. Can't you recall what Judge Lamberth told you just yesterday about FOIA's and the SS5's of living persons? Uncle Omar was arrested in Boston last week. He's a living person. Dumb shits is what you are, dumb. ](*,)

Yeah; I posted a (mostly harmless) explanation that the "Rule of 3" was really a Justice Douglas invention that even Douglas ignored when he wanted to. Never approved.

Yup, I tried pointing out that the Rule of 3/4 is nothing more than an internal rule the Court can change at will. That's on the cutting room floor.

That and my comment that Kerchner had not pointed to a single source for his claim that "they all" are afraid of race riots.

What's interesting is both Kerchner and Sellin have used the "race riot" claim in the last 24 hours.......

I believe all these latest ramblings are based on the recent witterings of the 'Whitehouse Insider'

Part 2 of 3:
http://newsflavor.com/politics/us-polit ... -part-two/

Quote:
Insider: None of this is beyond the norm though. Where it gets different for the Obama campaign is what I’ll just call the Obama Plan. They are going way beyond simply working up your typical campaign scenarios against potential opponents. The president – I was told of this about a week ago, maybe two weeks ago…(pause)… the president actually considered quitting. He really did. But now he’s going on the attack. He wants to give a big F-You to White America – that’s actually one of his primary motivations. You think the race card has been played up before? Just wait. 2012 is gonna be the most brutal political cycle we have ever witnessed. Ever.

There is a lot more at the link. Too much.

I posted an explanation that certiorari was actually denied in United States v. Pryor because only three Justices (Douglas, Brennan and Stewart) were interested in entertaining a case that raised constitutional questions arising from conscription for a presidential war. Anti-intellectual Chuckie Kerchner falsely stated that the Rule of Three has precedent, and cited Pryor as an example.

DETAILS: Congressman Dan Lungren Town Hall: Tea Partier Confronts Lungren About Obama's Eligibility - August 24, 2011 - From our source: I attended a town hall from Rep. Dan Lungren on August 24, 2011. Some background info... there were a ton of union lefty goons bussed in to protest Lungren. The town hall was a disaster for Lungren and he was ready to leave and call it quits after the first couple of minutes. The Left was giving him hell for not taxing the rich enough... and the conservatives (me included) were mad about his recent debt bill vote to raise the debt limit on the Boehner plan.

I was the last one called... the camera is always on Lungren so you can't see who's speaking... but I ask a question... I was getting boo'd by the Left Union thugs... and cheered by the conservatives, so I don't know how much is clearly audible. I start out talking about the concerns I had for the Debt bill but finished by basically asking why is no one addressing the 800-pound gorilla in the room which is Obama's eligibility when every thing he does is blatantly illegal? -

So, all she accomplished was prompting a statement from one of the most conservative members of Congress that he does not doubt the President's legitimacy and an acknowledgement that Obama was properly elected.

Excellent strategy there birfers! Keep it up and pretty soon you will have dozens of Republicans endorsing the 2008 election results.

That town hall meeting was in the Sacramento metro area. Could "our source" be Pam Barnett?

I noticed what a disaster it was -- for the birther, who drew moderate applause while Congressman Lungren drew even more applause when he set her straight. =D>
