I attempted to post a few things at ORYR. Of course, I disagree with the party line over there. But my general comments did survive moderation.

The ones that did not were those that specifically debunked comments by Kerchner himself.

After reviewing the Social security website, [highlight]there are a few ways Non-U.S. Citizens can legally obtain a valid SS#[/highlight].

The question is, which way (if any) did Uncle Omar obtain his, legally or otherwise.

[highlight]Since uncle Omar is not a U.S. citizen, he is not exempted from a FOIA request of information[/highlight]. In this manner, it can be discovered. Was he a temp. immigrant worker and overstayed? If so, and most likely a FOIA is the only method of determination, then he would have been issued a valid SS#.

Once these temp. legal working immigrants overstay, they in turn continue to use the temp. valid SS# to gain continuous State and Federal benefits illegally.

Same experience. Gary Wilmot, who is believed to be running the show over there, will not post any comment that corrects a misstatement of law, even if the comment includes citations to legal authority. They are that afraid of the truth.

That and my comment that Kerchner had not pointed to a single source for his claim that "they all" are afraid of race riots.

Dan Lungren on August 24, 2011. Some background info... there were a ton of union lefty goons bussed in to protest Lungren. The town hall was a disaster for Lungren and he was ready to leave and call it quits after the first couple of minutes. The Left was giving him hell for not taxing the rich enough... and the conservatives (me included) were mad about his recent debt bill vote to raise the debt limit on the Boehner plan.

I was the last one called... the camera is always on Lungren so you can't see who's speaking... but I ask a question... I was getting boo'd by the Left Union thugs... and cheered by the conservatives, so I don't know how much is clearly audible. I start out talking about the concerns I had for the Debt bill but finished by basically asking why is no one addressing the 800-pound gorilla in the room which is Obama's eligibility when every thing he does is blatantly illegal? -
