Carl is still looking for people to play war with.

Hello gentlemen,
My name is Carl and I joined tyhis group because the time is rapidly approaching when we must know who can be counted on to resist this foreign and alien form of government as it presses us into a corner. I sense the impending calamity is being hastened... First, I have never been in the military but do keep firearms. I am 60 years old, own my own Computer Company and have for the past 22 years. My talents will be in the arena of electronics. My fighting skills are minimal but, then again, I've never been cornered and can only hope to be a quick study. I do know many who are in loose bands of militia here in GA and some may already be here. If any of you recognize me then let me know. I am resourceful and believe that I can help in areas concerning water purification as a start. Don't know what else to add here but we'll figure this out as we move forward. I can say that time is not our friend and whatever glue that needs to be applied had best be applied now so that a plan can emerge that we can begin to live with. Communication is a must. Locations to meet, another must. Adherence to the Dick Act of 1902 should be required and beyond that, I'm open to any and all suggestions.
then, on Aug 1, he posted a video in that same forum.

Good O'le Carl, looking for a fight... as long as someone else fights it.
He is all gung ho on this sedition and militia/military coup business.
He's never been in the military but owns guns. (yeah, Carl, me too. Also.)
He offers his help in the specialties of... water purification. whoopie!!... And electronics.
His past experience with nutters and electronics shows him to be so highly qualified that he could not even get Skype to operate for the first big citizens grand jury.
Quite an assset to the cause, that Carl.
OH, and guys, if you get in a bind and get nipped by LE or the military... Carl has your back. Just ask his good buddy, Darren Huff... the one you can reach in prison. He's there partly because Carl snitched on him to save his own ass.
But if you ever need purified water while sittin' in jail... Carl's your man... and perhaps he's electronically savvy enough to make a phone call and say hi.

Well, THAT certainly explains a lot.... I guess Darren heard that as "Adherence to the Chicks with Dick Act of 1902" and something about a video, and the rest.... well, ended up in an evidence locker....

I was reading a little bit about the Ron Paul delegates' lawsuit against the RNC and I noticed that Carl Swensson is one of the 150 or so plaintiffs. He should fit right in. The people behind this lawsuit are as fervent about their cause as birfers are.
Earlier today,Judge David Carter granted a motion to dismiss by the RNC in the "Lawyers for Ron Paul" lawsuit. I contacted the attorney for the plaintiff's, Richard Gilbert, and he has kindly agreed to come on the show tonight to discuss what this means, and what the plan is in moving forward.
I can tell you that the case has at least one VERY amazing potential (and even likely outcome.) UNBINDING DELEGATES!

As a reminder of how messed-up Carl's home of Clayton County is, they're currently having a run-off election for sheriff. Wherein they might well elect a guy who is currently facing over three dozen felony charges. The details:
Quote:
In some ways, the election is like a repeat of 2008, with Kem Kimbrough and Victor Hill once again squaring off. But, this time around, Kimbrough is the incumbent and Hill the challenger. And Hill is facing 37 felony charges, ranging from racketeering to witness tampering while serving his one term in office, accusations he denies.
The two will battle each other in an Aug. 21 runoff. In the July 31 primary, Kimbrough took 40.41 percent of the votes, while Hill claimed 37.54 percent, reducing the eight-person field to a grudge rematch...
If Hill wins, he could still take office, as long as he has not been convicted. No trial date has been set. Hill's certification from his years as a homicide detective and then sheriff has been suspended. Also, the governor could suspended him from office and appoint a temporary sheriff until the felony case is resolved.
"It's one thing to bounce back after losing a contest," said Charles Bullock, a political analyst and a professor at the University of Georgia. "The allegations against him (typically) would have been a career ender. The voters must be pretty unhappy with the incumbent to turn against him given the choice that they've made."

I. Background The gravamen of Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) is that Defendants have engaged in various acts—often too vaguely described to be intelligible—that have disadvantaged Ron Paul in his quest to be nominated as the Republican Party’s candidate for President at the Republican National Convention commencing on August 27, 2012.
Sound familiar?
Quote:
The following allegations use mere labels and conclusions from which the Court can not discern what Plaintiffs’ harm is, much less who has done what to whom.
Quote:
IV. Disposition For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. However, the Court dismisses WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court will afford Plaintiffs a third and final opportunity to attempt to sufficiently plead a violation of Section 1971(b) of the Voting Rights Act. See Schreiber Distributing Co. v. Serv-Well Furniture Co., 806 F.2d 1393, 1401 (9th Cir. 1986).
Because the Court grants Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, the Court also DENIES Plaintiffs’ Ex Parte Application to Expedite Trial [16].
Plaintiffs shall file an amended complaint, if at all, on or before August 20, 2012.

This whole situation concerning these inept (at best) or criminal (at worst) representatives is exploding in their faces. With the recent formation of the Clayton County Citizens Oversight Committee (CCCOC and we have a FB page) and actions beginning 8/21/2012 by this group we will begin to take back what is being and has been stolen from us. We start with open records requests on every withdrawal they've made from the 2004 SLPOST account for 2010 and 2011 and just follow the money but there is so very much more for us to do and only by having an army of concerned Citizens will we root out the corruption. Yes, it is systemic.
I'm sick and tired of hearing how they are allocating money for this consulting firm or that contract research group with ties back to friends and family members. Sure seems like Ethics were never bred into this lot but petty crime apparently was. With the dollar amounts now involved it seems as if they've graduated from petty to serious. The paper trail is there, we're investigating it and the more we find out, the angrier we get.
We'll put together some nice neat little packages for Tracy Lawson and make sure that where a crime has been committed by the BOC, criminal prosecution will soon follow.
I do wish more of you would show up at these meetings (the first three Tuesdays of every month). We need that BOC bldg packed and more concerned Citizens getting actively involved.
The CCCOC is meeting at 6:00 (at the BOC meeting room), just prior to there meeting and action items will be given out to those who are seriously wanting to get Clayton County out of the daily news cycle in the Atlanta region, bringing responsible leadership to our County.
Join up by EMailing me at Workingforabettercounty2012@gmail.com or call me at 678-438-6138 and let's grow this movement so that other Counties will look to us as an example of what an active/involved Citizenry can accomplish.
Carl has formed the CCCOC. That's the Clayton County Citizens Oversight Committee.
That...could actually be a productive use of Carl's time.
There have been some scandals lately about officials using tax funds inappropriately, in some cases leading to money actually being paid back. Nathan Deal just recently got cleared of some ethics allegations, where he'd used campaign funds to pay family members. I'm not on top of all the doings in Clayton County, but I can't say that oversight of their tax spending is a bad idea.
As an illustration of just how messed up Clayton County is, they're about ten days away from electing a Sheriff who's currently facing 32 felony charges. He's the only candidate on the ballot (there is no Republican challenger), and Clayton voters actually chose him over the incumbent in the Democratic primary. In all likelihood, the Governor is going to have to step in and appoint an interim Sheriff to avoid Clayton having a chief lawman who's under felony indictment.
Frankly, IMO, this is what a politically-motivated person like Carl *should* be doing. Instead of wasting time on stupid conspiracist crap, he can funnel all that time and energy into doing potentially productive and valuable work.

Carl popped up. He's in a video. (it's at the end of this post)
The video is 53 minutes long! No, I couldn't watch 53 minutes of carl. I watched a few minutes. It's the same, old crap.
It's a William Windsor production.

Interview: Carl Swensson with Bill Windsor of Lawless America.
Lawless America...The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt. The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals. In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone interviewed for the film recorded a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and the revolutionary Party. The legislators in each state are receiving the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
Over 750 people were scheduled to be interviewed for the movie.
Google is giving me a warning about lawlessamerica.com, so I didn't go today.
Old stuff:
Windsor is the 'maid of the mist' guy. nbc summed that up:
Quote:
Criminal Complaint Filed Against GA Judicial Council Judgesl
Postby nbc » Tue Feb 28, 2012 12:17 am Windsor was sued by the Maiden of the Mist company, he lost and was forced to pay $400,000 in attorney fees. He has been filing motions, appeals, countless of pages of paper, in true Orly-esque fashion and is convinced that his failures are caused by a giant conspiracy.
Poor guy...
Judge Leon
In his Feb. 14 ruling, Leon dismissed Windsor’s motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. He determined that Evans addressed all 62 motions filed by Windsor in the Georgia proceeding with “great care” and ruled that Windsor’s claims against her have no standing because she is covered by judicial immunity that renders her “immune from suit on all official judicial acts.” Leon also determined that Windsor failed to follow appropriate procedures in filing his complaints against Maid officials.
“Rather than filing a short and plain statement of his claims against these defendants, plaintiff has submitted a 505-page complaint which utterly fails to give defendants fair notice of what his claims are and the grounds upon which they rest,” Leon wrote in his ruling.

I believe "Foggy" of Fogbow is the one who called the authorities claiming that there were people that would be showing up at the arraignment with guns and bombs. Foggy is a dangerous man. That's why the swat teams, FBI etc was there.
Because Bill has been so successful, he's teaching others.

I understand both of our DC hotels are sold out. This means you need to get a room at a different hotel. I recommend that you try to be near Crowne Plaza national Airport in Arlington Virginia because that's where the action will be.
I listened to 36 minutes of it. It turns out that it's going to be seen by everyone in Congress, so I decided to let them deal with it.
At least, that's what Carl thinks. He keeps saying, "Congress, you knew." "Congress, do you remember swearing to uphold the Constitution?" "Congress, this is all your fault."
So I reckon that like so many things, from Orly's affidavits to he, Lucas Smith's hand-addressed letters, this is going to be delivered to everyone in Congress. And then, like all the other frootloop wingnut whackjobs, ol' Carl will be able to say: "You were on notice. You knew, again."
Because that plan has always been so successful in the past, n'est ce pas?

I'm sure that Congress will start impeachment proceedings forthwith.
What a deranged drama queen.
