Its a bit long but here is my rely to Ms. Daniels:
Quote:
President Obama does not have a Connecticut Social Security number. Individual states do not issue Social Security numbers. The United States Socail Security Administration issues social Security numbers. As for your hero, Terry Lakin, he admitted in court he was wrong. He admitted his orders were valid. Was he lying then or is he lying now? Either way, he is a lying sack of manure.
From your Ohio ballot challenge: "To become the Democratic candidate, Barack Obama engaged in fraud. He has been using a fraudulent security number since the mid-80s"
I'm not aware of the Constitutional requirement of a Presidential candidate to submit his/her Social Security number in their filing for candidacy. Perhaps you can quote for us the provision in the Constitution for the candidate to even have a Social Security number? If you are so certain President Obama has been using a fraudulent Social Security number you should report it to the IRS. They even pay a portion of fines and penalties to those that report this sort of thing.
In your challenge, under "Facts supporting misrepresentation" you state: "9 Numers beginnings with "042" were reserved for the exclusine use of Connecticut residents." This assertion is provrn false by the Social Security Administration's own website: "Note: One should not make too much of the "geographical code." It is not meant to be any kind of useable geographical information. The numbering scheme was designed in 1936 (before computers) to make it easier for SSA to store the applications in our files in Baltimore since the files were organized by regions as well as alphabetically. It was really just a bookkeeping device for our own internal use and was never intended to be anything more than that." Furthermore, every search you performed using the Social Security number presumed to belong to President Obama has returned with his name associated with it. If it was originally assigned to another person, as you contend, would not some of the search results return with the name of this mystery person?
You also assert: "31 The appearance of the year 1890 was a marked anomaly." Followed by: "32 Plaintiff has never encountered, during thousands of previous investigations, such an anomoly: a social security number linked to such an erroneous birth year." Oddly, you fail to mention the third birth year associated with President Obamas Social Security number, 08/04/1961.
Under "Facts Supporting Misrepresentation: you also state: "35 Based on information and belief, Plaintiff asserts that Barack Obama began using the Connecticut social security number as his own in the mid-1980s." So you claim that after aproximately 10 years of using one Social Security numner, President Obama switched to using one belonging to a 95-year-old person and for the last approximately 30 years the Social Security Aministration has not noticed the change? Concidentally, you alo state: "29 Plaintiff next entered only the number 042-**-****. The information provided by the database indicated the number 042-**-**** belonged to Barack Hussein Obama..." Did it not pique you curriosity that they name of the alleged first assignee of this Social Security number did not appear associated with this number when this number was entered into the database you used?
You also contradict yourself in your complaint, claiming President Obama began using the Social Security number he supposedly stole from a 90-95 year old person in the mid-80s. Yet your own exhibit (#21) states President Obama used this same Social Security number on his Selective Service regristration form in 1980. Which is it Susan, mid-80s or 1980? I could go on but I'm getting bored smacking down problems with your ballot challenge. For a licensed private investigator you certainly use sloppy methods. Also, considering you apparently don't know a conviction is required for one to be considered a felon, I think we need to see your licensing paperwork before we can believe your claim of a professional license.
