So, these reward offerers are counting on the poverty of some college clerk or administrator to disregard privacy laws and policies for $10k that may or may not be a scam. But it is another chance to get attention to the smears.

I would not be surprised if He, Lucas Smith or some other con artist dummies up some transcripts for them. How is an offer like this legal in the first place if it requires breaking a law or contract? Maybe some LE office should consider a sting.

The IRS might find this interesting. I know if I were a government investigator I would do a forensic audit on their records.

Probably got their legal advice from Andrew Thomas.

I'd be interested to hear Zullo's description how this "investigation" serves a charitable, educational, religious or scientific purpose. He needs to re-read Article IV of the CCP's Articles of Incorporation, paying special attention to the prohibition on the organization engaging in any activities that intervene in any political campaign.

Doc C. pointed out this part of the Court's Decision on Chris Stunk's latest.

Quote:
Plaintiff STRUNK cannot wish into existence an interpretation that he chooses for the natural born citizen clause. There is no arguable legal basis for the proposition that both parents of the President must have been born on U.S. soil.

I posted it in the Chris Strunk thread.

unbelieveable.

More N.C. GOP candidates doubt Obama’s birthplace

Richard Hudson, considered a leading Republican candidate in the race to unseat Democratic U.S. Rep. Larry Kissell in the 8th Congressional District, told a Tea Party group in Rowan County recently that “there’s no question President Obama is hiding something on his citizenship.”
Dr. John Whitley, one of Hudson’s opponents in Tuesday’s primary, declared Obama’s birth certificate a “poorly reproduced forgery” after comparing it to the Hawaiian birth certificate of one of his campaign workers.
“There is a tremendous amount of smoke here,” Whitley said. “In fact, it’s called a smoke screen.”
