Passing thought:

Birthers and their ilk have made several murder-related allegations, which they've woven into their grand conspiracy. What struck me this morning was that, like any good conspiracy theorist, they have no problem working it into their narrative regardless of the nature of the death.

Andrew Breitbart died of natural causes. So clearly the conspiracy is capable of killing someone and making it look natural.

Vince Foster committed suicide. Well, they just made it *look* like a suicide.

Donald Young was murdered, but no one was caught. So they killed him anonymously.

Bill Gwatney was murdered rather publicly, and his killer *was* identified. But because the murderer was himself killed in the subsequent chase, they deem this suspicious too.

Is there a good example of someone being killed and the murderer being convicted, and it still being deemed an orchestrated hit? I think that would cover all the possible bases of conspiratorial death.

The video from Fox Noise about Obama and Harvard threw out a number for 3 years of tuition that seemed high. So, I checked and it's about right but it's likely that most students get some kind of financial aid.

on the birther thing in Egypt.

Some guy wrote an insane blog post about this Egypt Birther thing the other day and kept spamming the twitter machine with the link to it. I went over and looked at it. He was wrong. I tweeted to him the date of naturalization per a news article, and he tweeted that I was a 'subhuman jew'. Then he tweeted to his list of followers to block the 'subhuman jew'. Whatever, dude. Birthers are bigots everywhere.
