They outlawed brass knuckles where I live, so I had to crochet my own:

I don't get danae's whine. Birthers got more ink and more airtime last week than since the Donald was crying "just show us" last March and April.

But it isn't the ink and airtime Danae and the birthers want. They don't want a headline of "Crazy kooks challenge Obama eligibility", which was the general theme of most of the articles, even on the right. The most even-handed were "Georgia court to examine Obama eligibility" with the content of the article generally still unfavorable to birthers.

What they want is "Heroic Patriots Prove Obama Ineligible For Presidency, Resigns In Disgrace". They want "Is Obama Eligible? Minor v. Happersett Says 'No!'" Or "Supreme Court Rules: Obama NOT Natural Born Citizen".

They want headlines like that in mainstream publications, and they're not getting it - even on the right. That has her unbelievably frustrated. If you look at the second paragraph I quoted, it drips with rage that "they" have PROVEN, yes, PROVEN, 100%, no one can argue, that the President is ineligible, and she can't figure out why, given she's PROVEN it, that the media ON HER SIDE OF THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM won't report on it.

The right answer, of course, is because she's wrong, but given that's not an acceptable answer for her, the only other answers are (and she mentions both) that they've been threatened somehow, or they have signed onto the conspiracy in exchange for some concession.

It looks like the Freepers have added a third name to Jindal's and Rubio's:

Quote:
Two reasons the GOP gaffed the Constitution and ignored what they knew to be Obama’s ineligibility:

(1) Marco Rubio

(2) Bobby Jindal

Reason three has materialized since 2008:

(3) Nickki Haley

Y'know, Birthers, we know that you want to escape allegations of partisanship, hence the inclusion of Republicans. But you really don't do yourselves any favors in the 'We're not racist!' category when you keep singling out only minority candidates as being ineligible.

Folks here know that Fantasy Writer is my favorite.

What cooks her goose is that Fukino - whom Fantasy mistakenly called Fuddy until she was corrected, imagine that - said that the LFBC was "half-typed, half-handwritten." So how could Fukino be referencing the LFBC when it's only, say 75% typed and 25% written? Plus, Fantasy writer is convinced the LFBC is an "abstract" because the rubber-stamped sentence on the bottom says "this is a true copy or abstract..." Why Fantasy forgets the true copy phrase and skips to abstract is beyond me. She's another deep thinker who thinks we've yet to see the real, true birth certificate. But of course, one day, the truth will come out!

How these folks tie their shoes and make it through the day is a mystery. But it is fascinating reading. That I know.

Hey Fantasy Writer, if you're reading this, how about a shout-out over at Free republic? Just remember the name correctly, if possible: Gary Miller.

I think the clincher is, as I understand it, that this person died IN HAWAII ! — and Grandma most likely had his SS# transferred to her grandson....a CRIME worth investigating!

Any PI's in Hawaii want to take this on? FReepers? This one issue would cave the whole administration. Will have to be done fast. . Research, research!"

I think using a social security number that doesn't belong to you is otherwise known as IDENTITY THEFT, is it not? And isn't that a FELONY under the law?

After they arrest him for indentity theft, the authorities should dig up granny's body in Hawaii and figure out how Obama murdered her to keep her mouth shut.

Grandma's ashes were personally dumped in the Pacific by Obama, daughter Malia and sister Maya. Photo Here. Rumor has it Michelle was ecstatic after the ashes were one with the ocean.

I read somewhere Michelle actually jumped on him with glee - almost knocked him down, when they came down from the cliff. Don't have the source, but remember reading it. A big 'celebration' that the ashes were indeed gone?

Maybe the source is the Voices In Your Head. Probably Jack Daniels, Johnny Walker, and Crystal Meth.

I found these transcripts by doing some Google searches which led me to the Scribd.com site which was housing them. Scribd is apparently a free on-line hosting site for on-line documents and pdfs. I just now did some additional googling for fogbow and found out that thefogbow.com is one of those liberal sites that specialize in blowing smoke regarding the natural born citizen requirement in the constitution.

The “Friends of TheFogBow.com” watermark on the documents probably means that they were the ones who uploaded them to Scribd. Considering all the dirty tricks that the liberal establishment engages in, I would read these with a caution that it would have been possible for them to have made modifications *beyond adding the watermarks) in them. Somebody with more expertise than me in document forensics would be able to analyze them to detect modifications.

Or better yet, wait until someone more trustworthy such as the Plaintiffs’ attorneys upload them until you consider them “gospel”.

Good catch philman_36!

Yes, we should replace our system of having the Supreme Court as the ultimate arbiter of federal law, and instead move to a system of crowdsourcing our Constitutional questions.

what a wonderful season to be a state secretary ... if you love flying monkeys:

A grassroots internet effort is happening this week to blast fax each state’s Secretary of State with thousands of requests to take Barack Obama’s name off of their state’s presidential election ballot because he is not Constitutionally eligible to serve as our president.

Coming on the heels of the explosive eligibility hearing in the courtroom of Judge Michael Malihi, this citizens’ effort is being led by RightMarch.com.

RightMarch recognizes we have to take up our own cause to see that only eligible candidates get on our 2012 election ballots because clearly, an omerta or code of silence is preventing our Congress state legislators or our Supreme Court from looking into this matter.

... The sample [fax RightMarch or you can send to your] Secretary of State: “Jurisdiction falls squarely on your shoulders as head of the State’s office that conducts elections, and it is your sworn duty as a person of honor and a public servant to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.”

(i'd bet every gov't employee could cut their crank file in half by adding "your sworn duty" and "protect and defend the U.S. Constitution" to their spam filter.)

I always have to remind these people to CITE THEIR SOURCES!

You just filter everything that says "usurper" & "Natural Born Citizen" and you got about 95% of it.

Open DNS has a couple of spam lists also (site blocking).

How stupid do you need to be, to be a birther? (Rhetorical question.)

C'mon, Eric. If you're so sure of your position then my question ought to be an easy one.

If "born in the US" were what the Founding Fathers had intended then why have there been so many attempts to change the Constitution to what you're saying it already says?

5. Attempts to redefine or amend Article II “natural born Citizen” Clause of the U.S. Constitution : http://www.art2superpac.com/issues.html ... ticle%20II

None of the amendments had anything to do with birth on U.S. soil! They were about making naturalized citizens eligible, or children of U.S. military born overseas. Can Freepers even read?

Most of them don't bother. And the ones that do read with a biased agenda in mind. They see/know that these amendments have been offered and go... AHA!! GOTCHA.

I'd be willing to bet that all philman has done is obtain the link.. never read a one of 'em.

But... that question is always brought up, more recently than in the past, and it has been answered with the proper answer many, many times. The ignore the answer, don't mention it for a while, then will come back later and bring it up again... rinse/repeat.

This is like when Snopes debunked WND's claim that Elena Kagan had represented Pres. Obama in numerous birfer lawsuits, and provided links to the original lawsuits showing that they weren't birfer lawsuits at all. They were deluged with angry e-mails that referred back to the original, debunked WND piece. Not one ever bothered to click on the links and read:
