Flake only said "Barack Obama is a citizen of the United States", but he didn't use the magic phrase, natural born citizen, nor did he say that he was born in the country.

That's a win for birthers everywhere.

For one woman, it wasn't about the B.C., it was doubting his espoused faith. She said she had called up Rev. Wright's church and told them she was a Muslim and asked if she could join the church and they said she could. Therefore she had reason to think Obama was not a Christian and certainly not her kind of 'regular' Christian.

I wonder if I called her church and told them I was a Muslim and asked if I would be welcome at her church. Wouldn't most of them say 'yes' hoping to make a convert?

One claimed Obama attended 'socialist meetings' at Columbia and he wrote about it in Tales from my Father. Therefore, he was a self-proclaimed socialist.

It wasn't so much the birfer lies that seemed to push them to Romney but a tendency to absorb anything negative that they could latch onto from the propaganda mills. But what would one expect at a Trump event for Ann's birfday fundraiser.
