Dr. Fukino has opened the “Door” for Discovery of Everything about Obama in the Hawaiian Files.

This method of Discovery is through the Citizens Grand Jury process that I first wrote about on The Steady Drip months ago:

http://thesteadydrip.blogspot.com/2009/ ... ts-by.html

All the Evidence necessary was provided to start the process of BO’s Legal Removal:

http://thesteadydrip.blogspot.com/2009/ ... y-omg.html

The facts and the process for the Legal removal of Obama remain the same:

http://thesteadydrip.blogspot.com/2009/ ... -duty.html

Phil, Sam, Leo D. et al have done their Duty. Now, it is time for all Citizens, all Patriots to do their Duty for their Country, to form the Grand Juries provided to them in Our Constitution by Our Founding Fathers.

Constitutional Lawyer? Did the Hun join Orly and suddenly get a mail order law degree?

If you go to the link, there is an article by EO_Leo. I believe that he is the Tennessee entertainment lawyer we talked about here. If I remember correctly, last name is Haffey. I'm not sure, but I'd place the bet.

Poll: Nearly 80% Support Palin 2012 Run
Wednesday, July 29, 2009 11:48 AMBy: Jim Meyers

An Internet poll sponsored by Newsmax.com reveals that nearly four out of five respondents would support Sarah Palin as the Republican nominee for president in 2012.
A slightly larger majority believe the then-Alaska governor helped John McCain in the 2008 presidential race — while only 31 percent think McCain did a good job running for president.
The poll drew more than 600,000 responses, and Newsmax will provide the results to major media and share them with radio talk show hosts across the country.

Here are the poll questions and results:
1) What is your opinion of Sarah Palin?
Favorable: 83 percent
Unfavorable: 17 percent
2) Do you believe Sarah Palin as a running mate helped or hurt John McCain?
Helped: 80 percent
Hurt: 20 percent
3) In the election between McCain-Palin and Obama-Biden, who did you vote for?
McCain-Palin: 81 percent
Obama-Biden: 16 percent
Other: 3 percent
4) Would you support Sarah Palin as the Republican nominee for president in 2012?
Yes: 78 percent
No: 22 percent
5) Do you believe McCain did a good job running for president?
Good Job: 31 percent
Bad Job: 69 percent
6) Do you believe Barack Obama "bought" the White House by outspending McCain?
Yes: 72 percent
No: 28 percent

It evidently gave some stupid goobers cops in GA some ideas, as they were popped for initiating an inquiry on Obama using NCIC and perhaps GCIC as well, maybe (and most probably), and the Secret Service was on them like white on rice and they were placed on leave and are in deep doo-doo.

Someone should tell the idjit Hun that they can not just initiate an investigation on anyone at any time they wish...these laws protect his stupid ass too.

Not only that, but each request through NCIC is logged, and periodically NCIC auditors come through, and the logs better match and there better be a valid reason for each one. If not, the jurisdiction can lose their NCIC certification and be unable to use this valuable law enforcement tool to protect even stupid idjits like the Hun (unfortunately).

Gawd these people are too stupid to be living. #-o

And to think, they reproduce.

This is the part that is underlined in The Hun's post:

Quote:
(14) A law enforcement officer, as defined by section
710-1000(13), who needs vital statistics records as
evidence in a criminal investigation; provided that
the law enforcement officer requests the vital
statistics records by submitting to the department a
signed statement verifying, under penalty of criminal
prosecution for false swearing in official matters,
that the vital statistics records are needed as
evidence in a criminal investigation. The request
must contain a reference number for the criminal
investigation upon which the request is based."

So, if those cops took The Hun's advice, we now have 2 more I would guess soon-to-be fired birthers.

I certainly hope so.

These idiots that broke the rules and the law need to be made example of. It's obvious there was no criminal investigation going on against Obama. Anyone who defends their actions is an idiot and should have all their public information accessed illegally and posted on the internet...I doubt they'd appreciate that much, but they seem to think it's fine to happen to others, so they should be fine with the goose/gander thing. :-

It would be interesting if the police officers in question turned out to have some connection to the fantasy tiddlywinks league though.

That was my first thought when I read the article...I wondered if, since they were in GA, Swensson put them up to this nonsense.

I suspect the Secret Service can find out if they want to. :-bd

Haven't the birfers tried the criminal investigation path before. And it ended in an EPIC FAIL? And a cop was disciplined for implying that a TX police force was or would be investigating Obama?

The birfer have been contacting every political and legal official they can think of for a year. Obviously no one but the birfers feel that Obama has committed any crime.

Good luck Hun.

However, I am firmly convinced that AKA Obama is not eligible to be POTUS.

Idjit really annoys me when he argues like this. I have a Ph.D. I'm a therapist. I am in Mensa. Thus I can't be crazy or stupid. Thus I must be right about this.

Look, I consider myself smart, partially because I once used the word ubiquitous correctly in an everyday conversation unintentionally. However I also have learned (sometimes quite painfully) that one should consider the fact that being smart does not mean that you are always right.

Now, I am firmly convinced there exists a world-wide conspiracy by the fashion industry to force men to wear pants. The evidence is everywhere, just take a look in any clothing store. What leg coverings do they have for sale? Pants... Short... pants... Under...pants... pants... pants... pants!!!! Even women's clothing has been corrupted by this confining monstrosity. Where are alternatives? I happen to look very good in a dress, but it's hard to find one that fits just right along the hips. But in spite of the overwhelming evidence that this deep dark and powerful conspiracy exists to make my life miserable, I am at least willing to consider that perhaps (and I know it is quite a stretch) people might just find wearing pants comfortable.

But then, Obama wears pants.... ZOMG... do you think... no, it couldn't be....

I've been thinking about mensa man ( zillion IQ) and I don't think he has much of an effect. At least Carl Chalice and the others get off their fat arses and do something for their missbegotten cause. All Sam does is sit back and pontificate and lecture everybody about particle physics and relationships and anything else that he thinks will prove that he is smart.
Every now and then he rehashes something from another site. You may guess that I don't have much of an opinion of the hun, you're correct. He's just a blowhard who is puffed up with his own self importance and he should be treated with the respect he deserves, none.

The Hun hasn't weighed in yet, just has posted a copy of the cert. But his first commenter does attach a copy of Sec. Clinton's schedule. She heads to Kenya tonight.

I believe the birfers think this trip of hers with this timing portends much, though I think they are less clear how long in advance these trips are scheduled!

So do the PUMA's think that she is going there to clean up any potentially messy loose ends for the usurper, or to get the information needed to rightfully claim her title as POTUS?

Makes me wonder if the release of the "Kenyan BC" wasn't specifically timed to coincide with Sec. Clinton's trip to make it appear that a cover-up is about to take place. No matter what happens now, Orly and her crew will say that Obama's "thugs" made the Kenyan BC issue go away.

More than likely the latter. Remember, some of the PUMA birthers (and for that matter some of the Freeper birthers as well), think that the only reason that Hillary Clinton took the SoS job was to put her in the line of succession for when Obama is frog-marched out of the White House, Biden and Pelosi are arrested as co-conspirators, and Byrd steps aside due to age and health. Then Dear Hillary can rise to her rightful place.

It's all a plot by the Clintons you see.

So Obama flew to Hawaii during the campaign to murder his grandmother and/or intimidate the Hawaiian government into colluding in the coverup.

He personally flew to Mexico city to oversee the release of the engineered swine flu virus.

He went to Kenya in 2006 to get his "cousin" Raila Odinga to conceal the BC.

Rahm Emmanuel's safari holiday in Africa was to cover up the BC.

Now it's Hilary's turn.

Do these people realise how crazy they sound?

When senior government officials are involved in crimes and cover-ups they distance themselves as far from the actual crimes as possible. anyone remember Watergate? Did Richard Nixon plant the bugs personally? How about Iran/Contra, did Reagan meet personally with the Iranians?

I'm also struck by how extraordinarily inefficient these conspirators apparently are.

They've had since 2006 at a minimum if you buy the conspiracy theories to destroy the hospital records but somehow the books are still going to be sitting there?

5) Documentation that he has has only "American" DNA.

Until these things are mailed to my home address, I will have to refer to him as Chairman Usurper.

Sorry guys...I must go with my conscience.

No, unfortunately. These people believe they are the voice of reason and they can't understand why everyone else doesn't see what they see. To them, everything they say is rational and logical, no matter how crazy their flights of fancy and wishful thinking appear to us.
