I don't know much about drones, but when the government utilizes unmanned aerial surveillance vehicles, don't they usually fly them a wee bit higher than "right over the tree line"?

Obama's 'missing year' at Columbia found?

Wherein Corsi resurrects a story promoted by Orly back in March 2011, about a college data clearinghouse report not including Obama's first year at Columbia. It seems that the Cold Case Posse made an identical request, in what looks to be yet another example of the CCP simply imitating the earlier efforts of other Birthers rather than actually doing any sort of *original* investigative work.

It should be noted, however, that this (surprisingly long) article by Corsi actually does feature something vaguely resembling actual journalism. Corsi contacted both the clearinghouse and Columbia, spoke with representatives at both places who answered his questions, and he reports their responses. Of course, they both completely dispel his central thesis of a 'missing' year, but that doesn't stop Corsi from burying that information midway through the article, after several paragraphs that say things like "Swirling amid the black hole of information are a host of theories about Obama’s whereabouts – particularly during the 1981-1982 school year – including speculation he was working for the CIA in Pakistan."

If Obama is a product of a CIA plot, then why are these Birthers still walking the earth? I would think that the CIA would have teleported them to its moonbase long ago.

Shouldn't that be "Apocalypse Meow"?

The big question is whether Joey will update his story when the kid down the block explains what really happened.

Back on 28 October 2008, I wrote an article about the claims that showed up though out the PUMA letterboxes that then-Sen Obama was using mass-hypnosis and NLP techniques to force people to vote for him.

If the "Anonymous" who wrote the WCJ articles isn't the original author (The PDF only says "Daniel"), then they're plagiarizing.

And if is the author, the WCJ is recycling.

Wow. Talk about "tl;dr". That screed is the poster child for long-winded diatribes.

Here's a shock to Corsi. The INS does this all the time when a US citizen is married to a foreign national. It's part of their job.

Leave it to World Nut Daily to turn "standard procedure" to some deep dark conspiracy.



Or, alternately, a couple who got married too fast, discovered they weren't a good match, and were trying to decide that would be best for themselves and the child that was on the way.

It's also interesting to note that Corsi uses the phrase "the Kenyan" no less than 16 times in the article to refer to Barack Obama, Sr. I wouldn't say there was some blatant race-baiting, racist dog whistles, and propagandizing going on here, but I really can't think of any other way to describe it.

Which, of course, World Nut Daily's readers will eat up with a spoon.

He was invited to meet Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn while they were still underground, if you believe a word he says.

He was "groomed to be a community organizer," if you believe a word he says.

He was a big, important, famous, exceptional, really important, major-league, really really important asshole, even back then. Such an impressive guy, if you believe a word he says.

You know, I know some RWNJ types who would not take kindly to anyone even vaguely for a period of time in the past having been a Jane Fonda supporter, much less bodyguard.

FWIW, I'm pretty sure Farah has said before that he was a left-winger in his college days. I've always found that admission fascinating, since Farah clearly demonstrates that someone can shift in their political philosophies, but he adamantly promotes the notion that Obama is somehow strictly beholden to whatever *he* believed in his underclassman days. Or better yet, that he's beholden to what his FATHER believed in HIS college days.

All these other details, though, I can't recall seeing him ever write about before.

Actually the zealous converts are some of the ones most deeply beloved by the insane fringe....see Horowitz.

He posted a photo of himself with long hair. I'm sure Jane Fonda will remember such a magnetic personality as Pornstache being her bodyguard.

Too bad he didn't accept the offer to meet Ayers and Dohrn when they were underground, or he might have been able to significantly improve the accuracy and style of Dreams From My Father.

One gets the feeling that Joseph Farah is a tad bit annoyed at the Southern Poverty Law Center

Well, their research does tend to make sane, rational people dislike hate-mongers and bigots. Which, again, may be why Joseph Farah doesn't like them.

What's funny is that the comments tend to prove the SPLC's point.

Unlike Klayman's suits against Esquire and Maddow, and WND's endless harping thereof -- they only wish for hundreds of millions of dollars.
