Somehow, these causal connections seem to elude these imbeciles.

With the assistance of birfer "friends," Terry Lakin ruined his entire life and Admiral FitzWacko has spent two consecutive holiday seasons behind bars eating green bologna sandwiches while his home is vandalized.

Why do I always think of these things when it's too late to con swindle sell items to birthers/teabaggers?

So if Walt is to stand trial in 20 days and is in solitary confinement, i.e. not allowed to communicate with anyone on the outside, has had all his correspondence either burglarized or confiscated by the sheriff, has been denied representation in the past, no attorney within miles will take his case, and the jury is rigged by being hand picked, how does he get a fair trial?

The judiciary in Monroe County acts like something out of the 18th century in a third world country.

A letter arrived in yesterday’s mail which completed our extensive compilation of evidence proving that grand juries and trial juries in Monroe County, TN are routinely “rigged” to achieve the desired result of the judges.

Grand juries are not mentioned in the U.S. Constitution, but rather, in the Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights, ratified in 1789 before the Constitution itself by the Continental Congress. A letter written by James Madison, known as the “Father of the Constitution” and later the fourth President, to Thomas Jefferson, who became the third president, advocated for “the efficacy of a bill of rights in controuling abuses of power-” (page 428) and observed that “Perhaps too there may be a certain degree of danger, that a succession of artful and ambitious rulers, may by gradual & well-timed advances, finally erect an independent Government on the subversion of liberty. Should this danger exist at all, it is prudent to guard against it, especially when the precaution can do no injury. At the same time I must own that I see no tendency in our governments to danger on that side. It has been remarked that there is a tendency in all Governments to an augmentation of power at the expence of liberty” (page 429).

U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia has described the grand jury as “a constitutional fixture in its own right.” Indeed, even Monroe County Court Clerk Martha Cook‘s instructions to incoming jurors state that a trial by a jury of one’s peers is a “constitutional right.”

The Post & Email is grateful to the deputy or clerk who allowed the aforementioned letter, which arrived yesterday in the envelope pictured above, to be sent. And ironically, despite the sheriff’s department stamp which reads:

the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department actually is responsible, at least in part, for the content, as it has participated for years, if not decades, in incarcerating innocent men and women convicted of “crimes” brought forth by illegitimate grand juries. Contaminated trial juries complete the process of incarcerating citizens without “due process of law.”

I had a lengthy conversation with the FBI agent that Walt deals with in Knoxville on the Monday following his arrest. I gave her the information that Walt had given me the previous day and asked that she verify it with Walt in the jail. She said it was not her responsibility and would refer the information to the TBI. So I sent her and the TBI a letter quoting the Constitution on seating impartial juries and cruel and unusual punishment and that those were federal crimes. Then I sent the Knoxville FBI office a box of constitutions so they could see for themselves what I was talking about. I am not sure what it takes to get them off their butts and out and doing something for the folks in Monroe County.

I wonder if the FBI and/or TBI are culpable for injuries to persons after they have been notified of the potential at least a hundred times? I wonder if they are waiting to see if there will be more murders before they step in? Do they have any “responsibility” if Walt dies in prison from lack of medical care? It staggers the imagination to think that corruption can run so deep.

Doesn't she know the law?

I am editor of the electronic newspaper The Post & Email (http://www.thepostemail.com) and have been actively investigating judicial and law enforcement corruption in your state for the last two years. I have contacted some of you by phone already.

There issmoking-gun evidence on my desk which demonstrates, without a doubt, the corruption of the judges, court personnel and sheriff’s department in Monroe and McMinn Counties. These are all federally-prosecutable offenses for deprivation of civil rights (Title 42) as well as violations of the TCA. I am contacting all of the members of the TN House Judiciary Committee and Senate Judiciary Committee to find out if any of you are willing to take action against the corruption.

I have already gone to the TBI and Knoxville FBI, but they have provided absolutely no response. District Attorney General Steve Bebb’s office does not return calls. I have also given the TBI credible information about the murder of Jim Miller in Madisonville on July 17, 2010, [Wally's jailhouse rumors are not exactly "credible evidence" moron] and no one has ever contacted the source or me about it and instead continue to prosecute someone who is likely innocent of the crime. The corruption is so deep that I am convinced it will take a federal prosecutor who is unafraid of the criminals to bring those responsible to account. I am determined to find that federal prosecutor if the Tennessee General Assembly does not act.

The solution is not to alter the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary, but rather, to abolish it and instead empower grand juries to perform the independent investigative work to expose corruption among public officials granted to them by the Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights. [who knew public officials had corruption granted to them by the Fifth Amendment and the Bill of Rights? If the groups of citizens labeled “grand juries” are nothing but a government-run club which complies with the bidding of crooked clerks and judges to issue indictments against individuals regardless of the evidence, then all of their members have violated Tennessee state law and also need to be brought to account. TCA 22-2-314 dictates that a juror cannot serve again within a two-year period, yet in Monroe and other counties, they do so repeatedly. If jury selection is done by “totally automated means,” how could this be happening?

Encyclopedia Rondeau still investigating The Case of Rigged Grand Jury.

Last week, The Post & Email received two packets of information, one of which contained juror instructions ...

Included in the package were 36 copies of a document entitled:
MONROE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
CERTIFICATE FO [SIC] ATTENDANCE FOR JURY DUTY

But the prospective jurors are not supposed to “appear” before the judge. Their names are supposed to be selected by “automated means” as stipulated in the law, without the involvement of a judge.

Arriving in their own envelope were the following, except that all of the personal information was visible:....

After receiving no response and wondering whether or not the Sheriff’s Department press release claiming their involvement was accurate, we sent a second message:
...
I am specifically asking if the following two paragraphs are true: “Detectives got warrants and sought help from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the FBI to retrieve the documents.
The sheriff’s office says none of the agencies were able to make contact with Fitzpatrick or get the documents.”
