Oooh! "Sic," just like a real journalist!

But the prospective jurors are not supposed to “appear” before the judge. Their names are supposed to be selected by “automated means” as stipulated in the law, without the involvement of a judge.
Okay. Say the County does select prospective jurors "by automated means" (assuming they're quoting the applicable statute, which is a stretch). What does the braintrust at P&E&Cell9 think happens then?? Perhaps those people are invited to the courthouse, to be advised of their rights and responsibilities, to ascertain their needs and characteristics, to give them instructions, to allow them to provide admissible excuses for not serving, to apportion them among the various juries, and so forth, and so on? And maybe it was those activities Walt witnessed, a fury rising in his black heart?

I am specifically asking if the following two paragraphs are true: “Detectives got warrants and sought help from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the FBI to retrieve the documents.
The sheriff’s office says none of the agencies were able to make contact with Fitzpatrick or get the documents.”
Thank you very much.
Mysteriously, the missing documents are in the offices of the P&E. But Rondeau manages to make it seem as if LE isn't interested in them, because now they are "evidence" of an "illegal grand jury." And LE is in on it. Or something.
Being a complete, total, ignorant, hind end of a horse, is not a valid excuse for breaking the law. Is it?
