Coming this September in Phoenix, it's Birtherpoolza 2.0!!

Joe Arpaio, Pat Boone and Teabaggers Galore Hold BirtherFest September 22 at Celebrity Theatre

"Arpaio and Boone will be joined on stage by other birther stars, such as court-martialed former Army doctor Terry Lakin. In 2010, Lakin pleaded guilty to disobeying orders to deploy because he didn't believe Obama was qualified to be commander-in-chief.

Lakin was dismissed from the Army and sentenced to six months in Leavenworth for his insubordination. (Ha-ha.) The birthers think this loser is a "hero," because he refused to do his patriotic duty.

Also attending will be lead cold case posse shamus and porn-star-mustache-wearer Mike Zullo, a car salesman by profession, and by demeanor. Take one look at the guy. Are you surprised this cheese-ball sells cars?"

Maybe our newest member suffered a head injury in the infamous 1989 terror attack, as her writings are consistent with someone who has difficulty writing coherently. We need to be patient.

Zullo reminds me of the Robin Williams Car Salesman character in "Cadillac Man" where he crashes a funeral then gets his business care in the hands of the grieving in the condolences line.

Indeed! I noted that too. After I vomited from seeing that Lakin is still allowing his "LTC" to be used. [-(

From Western Center for "Journalism"

Outrageous: Article II Eligibility Supporters Censored

Quote:
On Sunday, August 12th, OETA (Oklahoma’s public television channel) aired Senator Tom Coburn’s Town Hall meeting held August 7, 2012, in the auditorium of Rogers State University in Claremore. Completely missing from the video were a series of exchanges between Sen. Coburn and TEA Party leaders there to refute, in person, misinformation they received in letters from the senator. :P

Miki Booth, originally from Hawai’i and founder of Route 66 Tea Party in Miami, OK; Jimmie Kreizenbeck, OK West TEA Party organizer; and other TEA Party supporters arrived early and took their places in the front row of the auditorium to increase their chances of being called on. Their main goal was to ask the senator to look at the evidence of forgery and fraud compiled by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse, led by Detective Mike Zullo, regarding Obama’s alleged birth record on the White House.gov website. Sheriff Arpaio believes a congressional investigation is warranted. :yankyank:

[....]

Mission accomplished; but although OETA’s video that aired Sunday night clearly shows Booth and two other Article II Eligibility supporters seated in the front row, their arguably combative exchanges with Sen. Coburn were completely edited out
.
:((

Which means there are still sane people in OK... go figger.

Lol Chilidog and I ran across this article the other day

http://www.reflector.com/opinion/letter ... ad-1178993

Quote:
To Willie Roberts and Zach Robinson (Public Forum, Aug. 10), despite your vain attempt at settling the birther question, your argument, based mainly on racism, is an ad hominem one. When in doubt, throw out the race card. Don’t you get tired of that? You mentioned Joshua A. Wisch, special assistant to the Hawaii attorney general, to substantiate your argument to validate President Barack Obama’s United States citizenship.

The big question is why won’t Hawaiian Health Department release the original birth certificate? Do you realize Obama has spent more than $4 million to seal virtually all of his records from his past? The man espouses transparency. Really? Numerous document experts have torn to shreds the so-called validity of Obama’s birth certificate with such detailed analysis that it is very alarming why Congress won’t take this info and run with it.
...
He said it was ironic that he had to supply five copies of his birth certificate for deployment overseas, while Obama wasn’t required to show one. He is a man of true courage and conviction. I am very dismayed by the apathy shown both by Congress and the general public. Let’s hope and pray the Romney/Ryan ticket will mute this whole miasma on Nov. 6.

It seems the author has some troubles of his own

Well it could or could not be the same guy but the author does identify himself as having lived in Winterville and the first middle and last name seem to match.

From Give Us Liberty 1776 website:

Commission on Presidential Debates MUST determine that all of the candidates are Natural Born Citizens...

The Commission on Presidential Debates says in its 2012 Candidate Selection Criteria that one of its criteria on decided who can take part in the debates is:

Quote:
1. EVIDENCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL ELIGIBILITY
The CPD's first criterion requires satisfaction of the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution. The requirements are satisfied if the candidate:
a. is at least 35 years of age;
b. is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States and a resident of the United States for fourteen years; and
c. is otherwise eligible under the Constitution.

How long before a birfer sues them to keep Obama out of the debates?

After hearing the news that Neil Armstrong had died, one thing I did was to go to YouTube and watch the video of Buzz Aldrin punching the moon hoaxer who accused him of being a liar and a fake.

This time, however, I discovered that what I'd always seen was actually part of a much longer video, which was filmed by some accomplice of the conspiracy theorist himself (like the way Carl Swensson or Tom Ballantyne travel with cameramen). And there's something about it that reminded me of Birthers:

Throughout the confrontation, pre-punch, Sibrel (the conspiracy guy) repeatedly asks Aldrin to swear on the Bible that he'd landed on the moon. Aldrin, naturally, doesn't comply and keeps walking away, as Sibrel repeats his request.

Sound at all familiar? 'I think you're a liar and you're part of a massive conspiracy...but let's see if you'll repeat your claims under oath.' Obviously, it wouldn't actually take any effort from Aldrin to do so. In fact, it would take less time and energy than walking away. But Aldrin rightly doesn't demean himself by cooperating with some nut's request for confirmation.

Is Aldrin's non-compliance somehow 'evidence' that the moon landing was faked? Of course not. But it's the EXACT same logic that from Birthers when they ask why Obama won't submit his birth certificate for forensic inspection, or why he didn't publish the long-form until 2011.

George Peabody is making a pest of himself again.

Publisher offers to pay black Hawaiians for copies of birth certificates

Quote:
"The publisher of a homespun conspiracy newspaper has several black activists in Hawaii alarmed after he offered to pay them each $50 for copies of their birth certificates so he can expose that President Barack Obama is secretly not American.

The scheme, hatched by “Molokai Advertiser-News” publisher George Peabody, came to the attention of reporter Anita Hofschneider with the Honolulu Civil Beat.

Hofschneider noted that Peabody contacted the Martin Luther King Jr. Coalition, the African American Heritage Foundation of Maui and the Hawaii NAACP on August 25, asking each groups’ leaders for copies of their birth certificates.

“If you or your Negro members were born in Hawaii between 1955 to 1965, I will pay $50 for a copy of your Hawaii long form certified birth certificate,” he reportedly wrote."

Somehow I suspect his calling them "Negros" isn't going to go over very well.

African-American Groups in Hawaii Angered by Latest Birther Request

Quote:
"Peabody said that the purpose of his request was to compare these birth certificates to Obama’s to "expose the fraud" at Hawaii Department of Health."

He's digging himself deeper.

Quote:
"Alphonso Braggs, president of the Hawaii NAACP, said that Peabody contacted him about this issue last month.

“I conveyed to him that I wasn’t going to give it any kind of acknowledgement because I don’t intend to validate any of the actions that he’s engaged in,” Braggs said."

Gee, I can't imagine why?

Quote:
"Peabody said that he has collected birth certificates from people of Japanese, Filipino, Hawaiian and Caucasian ancestry. He acknowledged that before sending the email, he had a "small concern" that some might find it offensive or racist."

Translation - "Gee, those negroes are SO touchy! I can't understand why those uppity darkies would get upset just because I'm demanding copies of their papers. I mean, I'm even offering to give them some trinkets and beads in exchange. Why don't they want to help me prove that scary black man in the WHITE House is a fraud?? What's wrong with them??"

Peabody sounds like he's stuck in Macon, Georgia circa 1952.
