This is shocking. SCOTUS originally announces that Obamacare is unconstitutional under Commerce clause but at the end rules that it can be considered constitutional as a new heavy burden, new tax on all of us, even though the feds claimed this is not a new tax.

[snip more screeching]

I suspected that Roberts might pull this and prepared a plan B law suit on Obamacare. You will see it shortly. When people will read it they will be screaming: take this burden off my shoulders or I am ready for a revolt. I will be filing it shortly. I will probably change the court though, different rout.

Meanwhile enjoy an article below on Robert’s fascination on CFR and globalist ‘s end run on our sovereignty and our rights.

I expect that this will be just as successful as her attempts to: stop Obama from being sworn in, remove him from office, and keep him from being on state ballots for reelection.

Nothing, like we've seen before.

Snippy

Such taxation brought about the revolt against King John in England and subsequently Magna Carta.

Ummm ... It was King George, and the Magna Carta was in existence for almost 500 years at the time.

Orly's grasp of world history is almost as strong as her grasp of the law.

Well she is right in the sense that the Magna Carta was enacted under King John in 1215. However the rebellion that forced the creation of the Magna Carta had nothing much to do with Taxation. Every king prior to John had faced similar rebellions.

I read it as she was talking about the American Revolution. I could be wrong.

funny that the rwnj meme is that the courts and the administration and congress is doing all this stuff, dodging the issue, etc., "because they're afraid of all the brown people rioting in the streets."

And yet who is it that is actually constantly threatening to launch armed revolt?

She's not the only one that I have heard being confused about 360 degree turns. I bet if you asked Roberts, he would have a good explanation of how he is entirely consistent in his judicial philosophy.

We know why Judge Roberts did it, right? He's corrupt! He's a criminal. He's treasonous. He was either bribed, intimidated or blackmailed by the Usurper -- It's explosive! =))

Yup, yup. I was always under the impression that dental school required a strong background in math and science. Orly has trouble with arithmetic, let alone geometry and beyond. ;;)

Orly might as well cut to the chase and rework her flagship REEK-O suit to name the Supreme Court as the central corrupt organization. Naturally, every other court in the country would automatically become a de facto subsidiary. Likewise, any Senator who has ever voted to confirm a judge would be implicated as would every congresscritter who's ever voted for an appropriation funding the courts. Any election official supervising or certifying the election of one of said congresscritters and every voter who has ever.... (You get the picture.)

I, for one, look forward to the ruling of the Inter-American Court on Human Rights granting Orly the relief she seeks and the redress of grievances to which she claims a Constitutional right. Any day now.

And they will festoon the Canadian health care plan upon us at that point.

Maybe she was thinking of the Republicans who were so confident that the individual mandate would be ruled unconstitutional and hopeful that the Act would be entirely thrown out. They must have spun more than 360o this morning. I calculate that they have spun 2880o on average and are continuing to spin.

Her lawsuit basis:

Obama isn't a natural born citizen, so he couldn't have signed it.
