I think we need another change of title, since the "Amended Motion Reciprocal" is history.

How about:

Taitz v Fuddy (HI Cir Ct) MtR2 - Formerly "Amended Motion Reciprocal Subpoena Enforcement" - Formerly MtR

Could ya maybe work the phrase ad nauseum into that title?

(It might reduce the need to fix that title again in the future.)

Why not have the greenies just make a: "Taitz v (fill in the blank) - One Stoopid Motion After Another" header ?

Copy & paste would save everyone some time for whatever new thread follows.

MtR and/or Emergency could be included in the boilerplate and the author decides to either strike or leave.

OK, I'll stop.

I think if you guys research this more carefully, you'll discover that Jarndyce & Jarndyce has been reserved at TFB to We the Purple (i.e., Purpura).

Hmmm .... maybe LIBERI , et al. v BELCHER, et al. (N.D. TX) ?
(Bankrupt v bankrupt)

"Mr. Kenge," said Allan, appearing enlightened all in a moment. "Excuse me, our time presses. Do I understand that the whole estate is found to have been absorbed in costs?"

"Hem! I believe so," returned Mr. Kenge. "Mr. Vholes, what do YOU say?"

"I believe so," said Mr. Vholes.

"And that thus the suit lapses and melts away?"

"Probably," returned Mr. Kenge. "Mr. Vholes?"

"Probably," said Mr. Vholes.

But I think Nagamine is setting this up in such a way that other states will be able to use the expected Hawaiian Vex Lit ruling to give other states an easy opportunity to smack Orly down fast and hard.

I really think that Jill Nagamine will take care of the vex lit motion well in advance of the general election. I'm sure they expect much more birther activity in the coming months, and a vex lit ruling and huge sanctions on the most vociferous of the birthers will go a long way in deterring other wannabe birther summiteers and their mistresses from pestering HDOH.

Again, bear in mind that there are only so many people working for the Hawaii AG, only so many hours in the day, and birther nonsense probably isn't something that was built into their manpower needs calculations. The more birther activity there is, the less time becomes available for things that aren't strictly necessary.

The AZ verification request, the cold case posse, the other birther lawsuits, and even the Mississippi verification all take time. So does the regular workload.

Orly is not the center of the galaxy.

My point is not that the AG is dragging her feet, quite the contrary. My understanding is that Hawai'i, like the 56 other states in the Union, has had budget shortages and is working with a razor-thin staff.

If Hawai'i is willing to take Taitz to task before the general election - when it's likely there will be a flurry of birfing - with strong enough punishment, it likely would severely curtail the birther activities in Honolulu. Which would severely curtail the birther workload on Nagamine, Quinn, Nishimura, Fuddy, and all of the other fine people (like mikedunford!) who have been so inconvenienced by this fraudulent smear campaign against the president.
