Orly was instructed at the last hearing to let the court know if the MTR was denied. Who's wagering she will never do so?

Unless this is a re-run from last February, she screwed up the date.

In the 0th Circuit, a MTR is not really denied until the district court also rules on your motion to stay proceedings.

O'rly will not allow the reality of these dismissals to sink in She cannot afford to do that so she will file as many motions and appeals and it is possible to furiously churn out. Also, many more barefoot excursions to state houses and court houses screeching about stolen Connecticut Social Security numbers and how William Ayers knew how to steal them from dead babies. Her whole campaign depends on having hearings scheduled before some judge or another. How long has it been that she has not had at least one to dangle before her admirers?
