A couple of hours after the hearing ended, ORYR posted this statement:


Pixel Patriot was one of Hatfield's plaintiffs in Georgia. He testified then about the letters that the RNC and DNC issue certifying their nominees. I can't find any report he did on the Indiana hearing, so he may not actually have been in the room. At any rate, he claims to have been in Indy that day.

In one of the Barnette hearings (Sept. 2009), Orly had a whole flock of witlesses on hand. One of them was none other than the infamous Lucas Smith himself. Larry Sinclair was supposed to be there, but he bailed after he and Orly had an argument at the airport. Supposedly, she had asked to perjure himself and he refused.

None of the witlesses were allowed to testify, and I don't believe they were in the court room itself during the hearing. I noticed they were sitting in little rooms near the back of the court room, on either side of the entry way.

Not only did none of them testify, but there was no discussion about this during the hearing itself, so I assume that Orly had already been told NO. However, there was some discussion about Lucas Smith during the hearing. Orly begged Judge Carter to let him testify as he had traveled all that way and was supposedly getting death threats. She was again told NO.

By "off the charts" I presume she means she's actually in 6th place rather than 5th... and just barely.

Well it should not be that hard to do as it appears to only involve about 5,300 votes (oh and she still is in 5th place in that county even with the higher percentage of 5.8)

I figure she thinks "off the charts" because Feinstein only has 28% and Williams has more the Emkin. This is a very Republican county so the Feinstein number is not surprising and Williams is a self described "radical Conservative" so that is not such a big surprise either.

When all the votes are counted, Orly will extrapolate the number of votes to calculate the total number of her supporters, worldwide.

3% of all the human beings on the planet. That's a lot of people demanding an end to corruption and treason.

IIRC she somehow extrapolated 500,000 and change votes in her failed run for CA Secretary of State into 75 million supporters.

No, indeed I was wondering what would happen if we declared July an Orly-free month, no posts about her, no visiting her website. Of course it would be completely unenforcable.

Well, I suppose that the Rooster could place a thread kill switch on "Orly's Poopies" when it reaches the end of 999 pages. It is currently on page 994, so reaching 999 should coincide with the end of the month. Being as resourceful as Foggy is, I'm sure he could find some way to take an entire month to find and repair the overflow condition!

If no Fogbowers visited the House of Malware for a month, Orly would be screeching about massive under-reporting of her web site visits (not to mention the dastardly scrubbing of the Google by the Obotnation).

Like I said at Doc's earlier this week, Orly just bores me now - the other cases are far more interesting. She is a broken record - nothing ever changes, everything she does is absolutely 100% predictable and destined for 100% failure. It's "amusing" to see just how crazy she gets on a daily basis, but frankly, it's way past old.

That said, she is still one of the main players in the birther thang.
