I received my California Primary Election Information Guide today. Ms. Taitz was the first US Senate Candidate statement published. It is the same thing already posted on the State Website. She is followed by Ms. Emkin. I have been voting for many years in CA and I think this is the strangest group of choices I remember seeing.

I'm not positive, but I think the order of the statements varies from county to county. I know that the name order on the actual ballot varies to counter the urge of some voters to just vote for the first one.

Ballot Access:

Quote:
Fragmentary California Polling Suggests Orly Taitz Might Place Second in U.S. Senate Race on June 5
April 16th, 2012

On June 5, California will hold its primary. In the U.S. Senate race, Democratic incumbent Dianne Feinstein is running for re-election. Because California is using a top-two primary on June 5, all candidates from all parties run on a single primary ballot. That ballot contains six Democrats, 14 Republicans, no independents, one Libertarian, one American Independent, and two Peace & Freedom Party members, for a total of 24 names.

There have been no authoritative polls in this race, but to the extent any polls have been taken, they suggest that Feinstein and Orly Taitz will place first and second. Orly Taitz is on the ballot as a Republican, and no other Republican running in the race holds elected office or enjoys high name recognition. Taitz is an Orange County attorney who has been working for four years to find and publicize evidence that President Obama does not meet the constitutional qualifications. Her ballot label is “Doctor/attorney/businesswoman.”

Concerned Californian Says:
April 16th, 2012 at 9:31 am

This is truely an incomplete story. The truth is this poll that everybody touts Orly as being in second shows her only 1 point ahead of businessman Al Ramirez. She is so lacking in competence that she also fails to mention that she basically ripped off and plagerized the entire Ramirez press release about this poll on her website! It also shows a big portion of Orly’s support is among people under 25 making less than 25K per year and are single women with children. All demographics who either fail to vote come election day or are inconsistent in polls. The poll in question has a 4 point margin of error which puts Ramirez in the hunt for the 2nd position. What is most noteworthy among Republicans is Ramirez polls at 15% while Emken, the CRP endorsed candidate polls at 2%. Even among Republicans Orly is polling within the margin of error and is viturally tied among Republicans with Al Ramirez. Furthermore, Al Ramirez has proven himself to be a serious and credible candidate versus Orly who not only is on a self promoting witch-hunt she has a ton of baggage related to her legal practice. She’s accused of hiring felons, facing disbarrment and other less than respectable accustations that anyone can find on the internet by doing a basic google search. Orly is unfit for any public office nomination or election to the US Senate. The voters will be smart enough to see that and nominate a credible alternative to Feinstein if only to keep the state from being a national laughing stock. Beyond what it is already.

Obly has some supporters in the comments though.

Orly posts a fake letter to the editor about herself.

http://www.independent.com/news/2012/ap ... menttoggle

Quote:
Your article dated April 12, 2012 about Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. is biased and designed to be derogatory towards Dr. Taitz. Your Taitz scenario, “which would generate mockery for the party across the nation” is worded to slant inequitably against Mrs. Taitz. Those of us who support Dr. Taitz know that she is an honest, hardworking person involved in an issue that no other elected official has the bravery to address. Dr. Taitz is doing the work that your paper is not doing to expose Obama, for criminal probable cause, as brought forth by not only Dr. Taitz but also Sheriff Joe Arpaio. I notice you describe Republican chair Tom Del Beccaro as “bravely” going against Dr. Taitz, but you describe Mrs. Taitz as a “mockery” to the Republican Party. Many Republicans believe the opposite is true: Dr. Taitz is the brave one and Del Beccaro is the person who many Republicans view with disdain and contempt.

I'm not sure about that. Sentence structure and grammar is markedly different. One of the comments on the SB Independent website does speculate the same, however. As nutty as this comment is, I think it's a real nut, not an Orly pretend nut.

This is a very odd campaign, even for a not-real candidate: no office, no campaign manager, no endorsements or plea for volunteers on a website, no events, no fundraisers mentioned -- just last-minute "debates" on a hot sidewalk (101 degrees in Palm Springs today) and that isn't even mentioned on her website. Like everything else she does, long convoluted narratives, but no real organization.

I'm still wondering about the Apr 15 fundraising report due, when it will be released and what it will say, how much of her own money Orly is gonna put up.

To note that within the comment thread a person linked to Orlys House of Malware, and another poster mentioned that he received a virus warning, whereafter the webadmin rectified the problem by deleting said link.
Quote:
That second link has malware. My AVG antivirus sofware says it's a "Blackhole Exploit Kit".

I strongly suggest running an antivirus program if you've visited that link and have a Windows PC. More on the exploit here:

http://community.websense.com/blogs/s...

If you have Java installed on your Windows PC, later versions of the exploit will try to take advantage of security holes in Java as well ... this is why you should always update your Java Runtime when Sun/Oracle release security updates.

It's her way of proving election fraud.

After she wins poll after poll, and then gets trounced in the primary or November (if she actually makes it that far) it will be proof of tampering with the many times expressed choice of "the Flying Monkeys People".

Intro paragraph...

Quote:
Bio Dr. Orly Taitz
Dr. Taitz is well known around the country as an attorney, who brought to public
view a number of legal cases, exposing Barack Hussein Obama's complete
illegitimacy to US presidency, as well as his use of multiple social security
numbers of deceased individuals, as well as numbers that were never assigned. ln
spite of such flagrantly illegal actions by Mr. Obama, no judge as of yet ruled on
the merits of the case.

It seems many judges have, in fact, ruled on the demerits of her cases. She does need to mention her acumen at getting her speeding tickets dismissed.

Which was mainly because the police officers did not show up in court. Any guess how many after a short encounter with the Moldavian fury (and perhaps checking her out on FaceBook) decided to do a Judge Coleman?

every time i read/hear her crap I have this phantasy that Obama, after leaving office in 4 years, sues her ass and walks away with the bulk of her assets. doubt it's going to happen but a girl can dream.

Someday, someone is finally going to have enough and go after her.

Like just about everything else, Taitz has no clue what a "flyer" actually is.

Three pages? Sure monkeys, just print out 500 copies of 3 friggin' pages and take them to your local mall.

What a maroon.

Three pages is like a 3 x 5 card in Orlycampaignworld. Her admirers should just be glad she didn't demand they print off the Georgia transcript, get it certified, and pass that out at malls.
