It is confirmed by an opposing attorney that Judge Arthur M. Schack's sua sponte Order to Show cause hearing scheduled for Monday May 7, 2012 at 2:30 PM in courtroom 479 of the NYS Supreme Court for the County of Kings located at 360 Adams Street Brooklyn New York is on and Plaintiff will show video clips of Obama admitting to his Islamic Faith as just one matter of several to be sanctioned for..

Good for you, Chris.

Strunk is really insisting on making an even better case for his frivolous arguments... Good for him, he makes an excellent example of a pro-se who has the best lawyer money could not buy...

He's trying to goad the judge into losing his temper. Strunk wants nothing more than to have an issue on appeal. That way he can file more of his unintelligible drivel and waste more time.

He deserves to be locked up.

I hope the judge sanctions him, enjoins him from filing more lawsuits, and takes away his dash, colon and copyright sign. (He can keep his in esse.)

Until I started following the Fogbow, I never really appreciated the amount of time that our court officials and staff constantly must waste on nutjobs.

The level of patience EVERY SINGLE ONE of these judges exercises with the craziest of nutters makes me really respect our judicial system - even if so much time is wasted on reading Strunk's or Donofrio's manifestos, or thinking up new ways to put Orly Taitz on a 'time-out.'

No wonder it takes five years to move a legitimate civil claim through trial and appeal.

I went over to scribd to see the strunk thingy and saw this:

Simple logic if you can handle that girl. Schack's contention is that BHO is a Christian and I am defaming him because I call him a madrassa trained radical Sunni Muslim.. Do you think that telling the truth is sanctionable? How better to prove otherwise than with BHO's own words? His words become an admission against interest. Every one has an arsehole so why are you trying to cover yours up?

Yep... Strunk is finally getting the Andy Martin. =))

Second sheet displayed above, pg.42, mentions one Martin-Trigona versus the world

Edit: In the followup I see that this has already been seen...

Strunk in Esse© has been at this for more than two decades. In one of his law suits against the Society of Jesus and everybody else in sight, he gives a bit of his biography. His main target in this suit is Fr. Teilhard de Chardin, who tried to establish a world religion of worship of Gaia.
Quote:
  • Strunk is an Eagle Scout conferred by the Boy Scouts of America created by the Congress of the united States of America in 1960, then followed with two Palms and as a Brother of the Order of the Arrow provided leadership for Valhalla New York Troop 415 within the Washington Irving Council in 1961 until 1965, and as the Junior Assistant Scout Master was the only leader after both the Master and Assistant were discharged due to their involvement in molestation of innocents.
  • Strunk is a sovereign human being, not an animal, who acts spiritually in the image of god by individual faith and hope, as such does not seek any right from a collective or temporal power.
  • Strunk’s jus tertii Honor granted in May 1985 with adoption of Senate 1073 and Assembly 1249 (see Exhibit A) resolution commitment to the consummate efflorescence of human dignity with which they did praise Strunk for “unselfish dedication and competent discharge of duty…above and beyond the responsibilities of job and duty…perception of the value and worth of others, for his innate and ingenious concern for the preservation and enhancement of human dignity”.
  • Strunk from 1999 filed a series of complaints challenging the Census, Gerrymandering and unconstitutional use of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and Help America to Vote Act (HAVA) in violation of the State’s plenary authority over suffrage and despite the adoption of the Copenhagen Treaty and Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Treaty in 1991, aka the Treaty for Universal Human Rights adopted by the U.S. Senate promoted by the New International Economic Order spokesman CIA Director and then President George HW Bush.

The overwrought phrase "committed to the consummate efflorescence of human dignity" is found in the resolution. May 1985 must have been a slow time for New York State's legislature.

The best reason Strunk in Esse© shouldn't be sanctioned is that:

Eric Holder is the Atty Gen of the US. I see (belatedly) that Eric Schneiderman is Atty Gen of NY.

Still, it's a great picture, eh? :P

I'll admit I'm missing your point. Strunk placing that, which is totally irrelevant to his case of whether Obama is eligible, into a pleading is more reason why he should be sanctioned.
