Orly Taitz never fails to disappoint. She is so incompetent, and so clueless, that she has no idea what she is doing.

I especially like the fact the current 9th Circuit brief was served on "additional parties." Quite remarkable.

Well, another day, another filing. Taitz is not done -- yet.

If only there was some sort of organization that could put an end to these shenanigans. Maybe a state corporation that is a branch of the California Supreme Court..............

You fail to give proper credit for the Pambly episodes.

I'm fairly confident her cup runneth over.

Awwwwww, are we back to discussing her uniboob again?

As for Sterny's comment about Orly running out of stooopid that will never happen! Why, she's just today she's trying to sell Lakin T-shirts and hitching her Tesla to the Lyndon LaRouche nutters.

Well, she's claiming on Facebook to have single handedly saved the Sharon Angle campaign from ignominious defeat.

Quote:
Orly Taitz In the last 8 days, as I was heavily promoting Sharron Angle, she went up in polls 7%. She is now 6% ahead of Harry Reid. Take that "Politico"!

It's not so much stupid as it is, well...standard.

Yeppers. I liked that one.

In the last 2 days, as I was heavily complaining about the heat, the weather turned and now it's cooler. Take that... uh... God?

I think this might be a good time to restart this thread.

Here's my nomination. It is from a letter that she wrote to members of Congress in February 2009. The letter is the topic of the first entry in the "Orly's latest poopies" thread. viewtopic.php?f=24&t=300 Most of the letter is what we have come to know to be Orly's standard tripe--Marxist usurper, stolen CT SSN, corrupt and treasonous, blahblahblah. That part of the letter has been soundly ridiculed on this forum. However, no one ever mentioned the letter's p.s., quoted below. (Note that this letter was written when Congress was deliberating the 2009 stimulus package)

Quote:
It is my understanding, that in his stimulus package Mr. Obama has asked for 20 billion dollars for community based outreach organizations. Congress has approved it and Senate is cutting the funds to 4 billion, but intending to approve. In the end of November or 2008 I have formed a community based outreach organization DefendOurFreedoms.US. According to Alexa stat count, after only 2 months of existence, one and a half million readers visit my blog monthly and are working with me tirelessly exposing all the massive fraud, surrounding Mr. Soetoro/Obama and defending our Constitution and our freedoms. Four billion dollars will be a great financial help in this massive investigation and in protection of our Constitutional Republic. Please, advise how do I apply for this grant.

This crazy letter was my first exposure to Orly and, at the time, I thought that for sure it was a joke. I was wrong.

If the world was ever insane enough to give Orly a grant for her "cause", she'd boast about it on her blog in 108 point font that was neither centred nor left-justified. Then the next post would asking her supporters to volunteer frequent flyer miles and canned goods for the next crusade to rid the world of that dastardly Marxist usurper in we, the people's White House.

The Stoopidest Thing Taitz Has Ever Done: Even thinking about taking on BB, in any form let alone a court of law.

Make my wish come true Orly,, take some sort of action!
[-o<

Edit: For clarity I mean some sort of public action that would (if she desires) to be actionable by BB

I think calling herself as a witness after ALJ Malihi repeatedly and sarcastically asked her if she was testifying as a witness may be the dumbest thing anyone, Orly or otherwise, has ever done in a court of law.

Even the 25 birthers in the "overflow" room with me hung their heads when they saw that one.

She probably still thinks it was a great move on her part; she practically ran up to the witness stand.

I think offering mediation to the Secretary Kemp has to rank up there.
Quote:
Please, let me know, whether Secretary Kemp will be willing to consider an appeal of his decision. If he is not willing ot consider the appeal, we will be going to higher courts and bringing charges against both Obama and Kemp. Please, let me know, if Mr. Kemp is willing to enter into mediation or arbitration prior to filing charges in higher courts.

The regular human being stoopid scale ranges from 1 to 10. Orly Taitz, being sui generis, has a scale from 1 to infinity. So far these things are in the triple digits. She's hardly tied her shoes.

Her plan worked to perfection. When the judge told her to submit her testimony in writing it opened the door for her to send everything she had. Everyone knows that whatever anyone sends you on the internet gives you perfect knowledge of those items.

You know what? Given that it's relatively dead right now, this seems like a great time for a poll.

I'll take suggestions here, and sometime tomorrow I'll open a new thread with a poll.

In no particular order, here's what I've got to start with:
Attempting to file a candidacy declaration at the offices of a LGBT group.
Asking the 9th Circuit to order the US Military to seize and hold Hawai'i vital records pending investigation.
Putting herself on the stand in Georgia during the Farrar shenanigans.
Filing the Motion to Recuse in Rhodes.

What else?
