Well, those Jane and John Does aren't going to add themselves!

In fact, maybe Orly should send the judge one of those helpful reminder letters.

:D

Yes. And she missed the deadline (the 15th IIRC).

This confirms my WAG she has ABSOLUTELY no intention of going into court on RICO. This was simply a shiny ball she could bounce at her FMs in order to keep the PayPal button buzzing . She is so afraid this time she'll do almost anything to stay away from MS. Once she realized there are serious penalties for barratry, she's been running scared. She knows she could even go to jail for this farce. So she'll keep using delaying tactics until it is too late and she'll blame everyone for not performing in a timely manner except herself. And her FMs will believe the lies.

Too bad in court there are no "take backs". She made her RICO bed, time to lie upon it.

On the donations, Orly, I have sent in donations in March (to get the dvd, too), and two donations in April. The dvd didn’t show up, if you had the chance to send it?

I sent them by money order…just need to know if you got them? $25…$20…and $20! I have the stubs on them. Please advise. Thanks and will send in another donation coming up!

Something I wondered about... Yulia said se mailed stuff to all the parties.

How did she know where to send stuff to the Does?

I'm not sure I buy that. Orly has consistently shown that she doesn't understand how wrong she is and that there can be consequences for her actions (although the consequences have been few and far between, which helps fuel this belief). I really don't think she has a clue how deep she's in it in MS. I think the delays don't reflect her consciously trying to avoid this, but follows her pattern of blindly opposing everything and filing for stays even when they make no sense (remember her filing for "stays" after the Astrue decision? I think that's the right one - a "stay" after an order that the government didn't have to do anything, so she was staying.... never did figure that one out, actually.)

It's simple, but it won't work until the fall rutting season. She takes some OrlyBucks into her yard and waits for the the Does to show up.

^^^^This. Over the past ~4 years, Orly has demonstrated a complete inability to evaluate her or the opposing lawyers' performance. If you ask her, she will tell you she has never lost a case due to her failure; she's always been betrayed by a traitorous judge. Hence the search for one honest judge.

It also indicates that YuliaOrly has the mailing address for parties (MacLearan) that haven't given that information to the court, despite requests for mailing addresses.

Who's hiding stuffs now?

Of all the comments that Orly's House of Nitrous attracts, the creepiest ones, IMHO, are the poems:

Carry on, Lady Liberty!
Until the usurper is gone.
Never let them get away!
Tomorrow will be a better day.

Something is just odd about that, but I'm not sure I can put my finger on it.

I know! Maybe modeling is Orly's true calling, from the stills, she looks to be pretty good at it. She really looks good in solid colors.

Something in an orange jumpsuit and matching straitjacket would work better.

The photo from the "Modeling at Republican Women Federated Fashion Show" that she has chosen to put on her blawg is not the linen pants suit. I advise staying away from Orly's blawg for a few days until this photo disappears. She is wearing a knee-length blue dress (not good), and a chair appears to be growing out of her legs. The dress is sleeveless. She is carrying something over her left shoulder and in her right hand. What do I know, I'm just a man, but this is awfully ugly.

I don't think Orly has found her true calling.

I'm amazed to see that she's actually tastefully dressed and presents herself well.

This may be the only complimentary thing I ever say about Orly.
