Street names have changed or were translated. But these two are fairly recognizable still. Ilinskaya is now Sf Ilie and Kuprianovskaya (for a moment I thought this was an Orlyism for Kiprianovskaya) is now Capriana. We are in the actual center of the town, an area called Riscani.

I do not think you will find much there that resembles how the situation was in 1961. For all we know the "farmers market" may have absorbed the shacks, they often did under perestroyka. There was a shacky farmers market in front of Mrs Einstein's Odessa apartment block in August 2002 (yes, my wife's friend whose apartment we rented for a month was really called Einstein, and my son was born in April 2003 - he is good at maths in any case)

As I said, Orly knows she can get away with a lie here. Unless you find someone who also lived there, or who has pictures from the era, you won't be able to prove she's lying. Although she is being inconsistent, as others have already pointed out.

Strada Sfantul Ilie and Strada Capriana meet in a bend. The area looks open. No buildings, no shacks . Trees and a car park, where the farmers could sell their produce straight from the boot of their car.

There is a big building on the other side of Ilie street that houses an insurance company. Before that, there are some two- or three-storey houses. One of them lost a side wall due to a construction error and has a photo on Google Earth.

Of course, even so there is no way this tells us what the area looked like in 1961.

Edit: also close by the "park area": a probably Evangelical church

So Orly had the decency, not to tell us about the worst, of her deprivations. She had, no, clothes to wear during the Moldovan, winter. That explains a lot about her current fashion choices.

Wow, that's just badly done. I mean, I appreciate the effort being made to show what a complete fruitcake she is, but that's just not the way to do it. Anyone know who put together? If you don't want to answer openly and risk Orly getting the information, feel free to send it to me in a PM.

I remember a while back there was a conversation in one of the threads about a Judge named Sam Sparks who had written an order "inviting" two attorneys to a 'kindergarten day' where they could learn to be better lawyers because he was really tired of their crap.

I ran across another ruling of his recently, and I can only pray that someday, somehow, Orly ends up before him in US District Court in Eastern (I think) Texas. Here's a link to the .pdf: http://www.austinchronicle.com/document ... .order.pdf

The most relevant comments (redactions by me, emphasis as in the original):

Quote:
The Court has already turned down two extremely tempting offers to transform this case from a boring old federal lawsuit into an exciting, politically-charged media circus. As any competent attorney could have predicted, the Court declines the latest invitation as well.

However, the Court is forced to conclude [attorney name], the attorney whose signature appears on this motion, is anything but competent. A competent attorney would not have filed this motion in the first place; if he did, he certainly would not have attached exhibits that are both highly prejudicial and legally irrelevant; and if he foolishly did both thing, he surely would not be so unprofessional as to file such exhibits unsealed. A competent attorney who did those things would be deliberately disrespecting this Court and knowingly shirking is professional responsibilities, offenses for which he would be lucky to retain his bar card, much less and intact bank balance.

For [attorney's] sake, and because the Court has no time to hold a sanctions hearing - in part because it must take time out of deciding the actual legal issues in this case to address the self-serving entreaties of attention-seekers like [attorney]--the Court assumes [attorney] is as incompetent as he appears.

Any chance Mississippi could borrow him to fill in for Judge Coleman now that he's recused himself from Orly's case? That would just be SO epic! LOL

You know, it is not cheap to fly six people roundtrip to Moldova. Orly says she paid for the trip as a gift for her parents. Priceline puts the cost of NY to Moldova roundtrip at $1150 per person on sale. California to Moldova is undoubtedly much more. Yet she begs others to pay her $300-something flight to Mississippi?

It obviously is not that she does not have the money, but rather that she does not think she should have to spend her own. (Not that this is news to anyone here. We all know Orly doesn't think anyway.)

You're missing the point, of course she can afford to pay, but should she? After all she is saving the nation, hell the world, for us. She is sacrificing her looks, her sleep, her peace of mind; all to stop the corruption in the democratic/republican parties, the courts, the elections (both voter and election fraud), the AG's and SOS's in various states, don't even get her started on the Feds and let's not to forget all the fraudulent newspapers and corrupt journalists and editors. (And don't forget the death threats, humiliation and terror she has suffered.)

And you think she should the bill too?

What do you want her firstborn while you're at it?

Yeah and not only that but Orly does you a solid, allowing you to participate in this sick patriotic witch hunt crusade by getting fleeced donating of your greenbacks. It's like when she asks you to be her flying monkey doing all manner of other mundane work. She's letting you participate in despicable behavior good citizenship.

Why I am challenging Obama, but not challenging Marco Rubio

Posted on | April 25, 2012 | No Comments

I was asked repeatedly: why am I challenging Obama, but not challenging Marco Rubio.

(snip)
Yes, we need a judicial determination of the meaning of the natural born citizen, however this is something that might take a long time and the outcome is uncertain. Even if the question is presented to the Supreme Court and the Supreme court eventually decides to rule on it, they might rule that one born in a country to permanent residents and political refuges, like Rubio’s parents, is considered to be a natural born citizen, as at the time Rubio was born, his parents were permanent residents, Cuba was under a hostile regime and they could not go back. His parents did not have allegiance to any other country at the time Rubio was born. I do not know, what the Supreme court will decide, if they ever take on this issue.

I do know one thing for certain: no court with any measure of decency can rule that forgery and ID theft is normal, acceptable and lawful.

What Obama is doing is a 100% criminal and not only he needs to be removed from office, he needs to be criminally prosecuted and I will not stop until justice is served and Obama is removed from office and convicted for elections fraud, Social Security fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, uttering of forged documents and ID theft. The longer this criminality goes on, more people will end up in prison. I hope that cooler heads prevail and the big wigs of the Democratic party will come to Obama with an offer he can’t refuse, just as it was done by the GOP big wigs during Watergate. It is time. It is high time for many…

So, Rubios parents were "good" non citizens, whereas one of president Obama's parents was a "bad" non citizen. Reeeiiiiiight.

Reminds me of the question/statement birthers used to pose, which will probably get recycled. "Would a child of James Bond be an NBC? No! Suck it obots!!!" And of course they thought that meant that it was becasue of Bond's British citizenship. But in fact that statement is true, but it would be true becasue Bond was covered by Diplomatic Immunity. That's what the whole "Licence to Kill" was all about.

*sits back and waits for the borthers to start talking about James Bond again*

Rubio's legend that his parents came to the U.S. in flight from the terrors of Fidel Castro collapsed a while ago. They arrived here about 30 months before Castro seized power.

I don't think that Orly holds "allegiance" to any nation in the same sense that you or I do. Her worldview is what she holds allegiance to and she supports anyone (or any entity) that she thinks is on her side and will do as she wishes. Anyone who even mildly punctures any of her insane fantasies must be a traitorous corrupt obot on the direct orders of Soros himself.

The Revolution in Cuba gave America two things. Cuba's rich and Cuba's criminals and lunatics.

The Rubio's, et al, got out while the getting was good. Once they saw that their dictator, Batista, wasn't going to be able to continue helping them make a buck off the backs of the lower classes, it was time to leave.

I'm so sick of the oft repeated lies about the poor Cubans who had to escape Castro. they left because they couldn't continue Business as usual. The country went from one dictator to another, the only difference between them is that the US supported the first one.
