they hired a real lawyer

I will send the complaint to Jack Ryan for posting but it is :|

You gotta wonder how many service companies run away when they find out who the homeowner is.

The contractors must be connected to the regime. Otherwise there's no explanation why they are not showing any basic human decency.

Once I looked at the Google Earth view of the Taj in Laguna Niguel. I don't recall seeing a lot of land there, although the swimming pool was enormous. By Connecticut standards, the houses were very close together. (But then maybe they don't have to provide room for the deer, wild turkeys, foxes, and fisher cats.) Is she perchance building an addition to her home, say a study for Yosi?

That excuses the written stuff, but not the screeching.

Actually, she and I use a keyboard which has two sets of characters on it. In the left corner above of every key, you have the Latin letter. In the right corner below, the Cyrillic one. It needs some training on the eyes and on the fingers.

When I wrote a few months ago that I use a Dutch+Russian keyboard (rather than the French+Russian keyboard which people in Belgium tend to use if they need Cyrillic) because it is easier to switch to Polish, I was not kidding. When I want to type Polish, I just click on the Windows keyboard definition button, choose Polish for programmers and can then use the right ALT key to type all the funny letters - this would not work with a French AZERTY keyboard, or even with a German keyboard. Dutch (Netherlands) has all the letters and the main punctuation marks in the same place as English (USA) so I know what Orly's keyboard looks like.

Other Orly negjs to watch out for may be R instead of a K, D for V or W, H for P, K for L, L for D, V for M and N for T. Let the de-coding commence!

Orly sez she's gonna be on "Conservative Radio" at 8:30 PST. Of course the fool does not publish a link.

Anyone know WTF this is? Laura Ingraham? Mark Levin?

I'm feeling like talking.

RC - any ideas?

It is definitely a single family residence located at her address but I may be wrong that it's a second residence. It might be referring to defects in the house they are currently living in that was built several years ago. I didn't see the year of construction specified, but I didn't read it very closely. Jack will post the complaint shortly.

The Tesla isn't getting fed at night? Some of those garages were just not built right for 220 volt service. Sounds shoddy to me.

The Tesla had dealer plates. The Taitzes were being allowed to drive the dealer's demo. Taitz drives a Lexus. I suspect hubby drives a Merc.

The statute of limitations for construction defect claims in California is 10 years, so this could be an old, old argument.

Can someone call in and ask Taitz what she's doing in Mississippi? Who her witnesses are. What she plans to do? If she has any idea when the case will be re-scheduled? 8>

While I agree that what Orly is saying to the Tribune lady is disgusting and that she indeed has issues with her supposed culture, on this one I think you are mistaken. It just so happens that the keyboard Orly is probably using (USA Latin+Russian Cyrillic) on one key combines the Latin "g" with the Cyrillic "п" (PI in Greek).

It is only a tygo. Or a negj.

While this is a simple and mundane explanation, and therefore, I would ordinarily credit it, I would expect an easily-explained error like this to occur at least once on the rest of the web, which must be full of people in the exact same situation, that is, writing English on a keyboard commonly used by Russians. Despite that, the only hits on the web are Orly's and a completely unrelated hit that appears to be a bunch of six-letter station codes of some kind.

Not that it matters, but virtually no new 220 volt service has been installed in U.S. homes or garages in recent years. Although a lot of old timers still may say 110 or 220, standard U.S. voltage was increased to 120/240 decades ago.

The Tesla's charging system is designed to accept either 240 volts (both poles of a 120/240V split-phase service) or 208 volts (two phases from a three-phase "Y" service).

O'rly's lucky she doesn't live in Texas, where such suits must go through a commission set up by and staffed with people appointed by Rick Perry, as a giant scheme to thank his benefactors, such as Bob Perry. The homeowners always get screwed. Funny how Orly avails herself of the freedoms of this country and seeks the benefits of the legal system of the Evil Regime.
