KEWL! They have now officially been given the patented Orly Taitz's KISS-O-DEATH.

(not a death threat, but a total unequivocal failure. )

It's simple: attendees coming to her booth were given the choice of costumes for her to wear for their photo op with her.

If Santorum had shown up, "disciplinarian nun" was definitely available. His loss.

It's just OrDrobe. Wear the same suit to court, over and over again. At a political function photoshoot, use two outfits, even if it means a two-hour roundtrip to go change (remember the Pat Boone event?)... I did notice that Orly was posting on her blog mid-day, when she was supposed to be stalking the candidates.

She really loves the pics.

I think that Orly wore her lawyer suit on the plane; she flew directly into *wherever* to get to the event. Gingrich spoke at noon. CA candidates spoke at 2:00. At 6:00 there was a reception. I think that the red suit was the suit Orly changed into so she was ready to speak if allowed. Orly wasn't allowed to speak. She would have screamed from the rooftop IF she had been allowed to speak even though her invite to do so had been rescinded.

Red suits appear to be the official outfit for female Repub politicians and wanna be politicians. Palin, Bachmann, O'Donnell, etc.

Crap. I'll never be a politician then.

(I am sure you're right. The effect of the two pics on her blog really is odd, though; it's like the entire event was one big photo shoot for Orly. Which, of course, it was.)

O'rly could have had her picture taken with a cutout of Gnewt and Tiffany. What did that picture cost? A $100 campaign contribution? I wanna know. Did she get to speak? Inquiring minds want to know!

Romney had to spend the day at the Daytona 500 with them good ole racing folks. How long before Orly asks to FMs to sponsor a NASCAR team, a la Santorum. Now that would be a photo op.

I thought that was February 31.

Nahh -- that's National President Frogmarching Day -- logically to follow The Day Of Supersized Zibits -- and strategically placed into the days of Carneval :!:

Everyone enjoys two extra holiday days with a possible very long weekend now and then even in late winter too. Also.

When I lived in The Valley back in the '80s, there was a perpetual candidate of some sort -- wish I could remember his name. He had a white '60s convertible, I think a Connie, that he'd stenciled his name onto the sides of in red and blue spray paint, spangled with some tasteful red and blue stars.

He had apparently paid his way into an RFK event at some point, and managed to get a photo of himself sitting at a table with Kennedy. This picture, with him sitting there in a tux that looked about ten years old and three sizes too large, of course became the prominent centerpiece of all his campaign literature.

At least Orly's clothes fit better than his did. But I expect we're going to be seeing a lot of the Gingrich photo here in California.

Yup. That picture of her with Gnewt carries the same weight as an endorsement from Gnewt. Meanwhile Tiffany is wondering who the heck that broad is.

So she says:

Quote:
SACRAMENTO BEE AND TOP ADVISER FOR DIANE FEINSTEIN: “ORLY TAITZ WILL PROBABLY WIN THE PRIMARY”

Gosh, that sounds amazing.

The actual quote:

Quote:
Feinstein's campaign said the current crop of Republicans' lack of name identification and meager fundraising – Emken took in just $39,000 in 2011 and ended the year in debt, and Hughes' $100,000 included $50,000 from his own pocket – present little threat to the prominent Democrat and her multimillion dollar campaign war chest.

"If this race plays out as a bunch of unknowns who have no serious funding, Orly Taitz will probably win the primary," said Feinstein adviser Bill Carrick, referring to the so-called "birther" activist who said last year she might enter the race.

Read more here: http://www.sacbee.com/2012/02/27/429378 ... rylink=cpy

Do you think she understands what Carrick is actually saying here? No?

What happened to the Liberty Caucus that disinvited her?? She apparently gave up on going. Anyone know if she was introduced as a candidate at any function at the CA GOP Convention? There seems to be no mention of her whatsoever in any story I can find in the media.

Update on article2legal defense fund

Posted on | February 27, 2012 | No Comments

Quote:
I still did not get straight answers on multiple questions asked, but I got some information:

1. Helen Tansey, president of the article2superpac still did not disclose, what type of entity is the offshut from superpac, which they call “article2 legal defense fund”. Is it a not for profit foundation or is it a for profit foundation? Is it a private company? When Helen Tansey is collecting thousands of dollars from the public, claiming that it goes to attorneys, she owes the public an answer

[irony much?]

2. What are the names of the people, who run this article2 legal defense fund? Is there a separate trust account for the fund? Who controls this trust account?

[snip]

I am concerned, that a lifelong Democrat Helen Tansey is the gate keeper, she collects the money for legal actions and writes checks. I do not know, whether Richard Garruth and Gary Wilmott are signatories on those checks as well. I do not know, whether other people are writing checks from that fund. While there is some measure of accountability in regards to the SuperPac part of Tansey’s operation, there does not seem to be any accountability in regards to the legal defense fund part of the operation, though most of the donations by my understanding go to this fund. Helen Tansey is the gate keeper, who is decising, which law suits will be promoted and funded. Until now, she was promoting and partially supporting only legal actions, which were very limited, they concentrated only on Obama’s father’s citizenship, nothing else.

[nunna your business]

5. As of yet there was no disclosure from either Helen Tansey or GeorgeMiller (Miller is listed as a strategic partner) as to how much money was collected by the article2 legal defense fund and which attorneys were paid. A number of individuals wrote to me and complained that they contacted Helen Tansey and others affiliated with her, asking to cover their legal fees, but did not get one cent so far. I got multiple e-mails from Tracy Fair, who stated, that she contacted Helen Tansey and a few other individuals, she actually filed a law suit, but as of the date of her e-mail (a couple of days ago, she did not get anything, even though her case is much stronger =)) =)) =)) and includes all the evidence of the Social Security fraud and birth certificate forgery. I asked Tracy what was the filing fee, so I can help her.

MUCH, MUCH more at the link

Maslenitsa was last WEEK. We still have restovers, by the way. It is a bit impractical and actually forbidden to burn them in effigy (Kostroma, it works better if you can put them on a scare crow or snow man) in your garden. If your pancake day is today, I suppose I should eat the rest of them now.

Wonder if Mrs Newt is pissed because he would lower himself to take a pix with Orly especially after that interesting encounter he had with Taitz a few weeks ago. She realizes Orly is campaign poison and cant hide her distaste in the cozy group photo. For a normally savvy campaigner, Newt'll have this albatross tied to his neck. And Callista knows it.
