The appeal involves 2 entities "Defend Our Freedoms Foundation" where Orly Taitz is the president and Orly Taitz as an individual. Both entities were supposed to be part of one appeal, however 2 separate appeal numbers were assigned and separate schedules were assigned. I am asking to join both appeals 11-56079 and 11-56164 and issue one schedule. [highlight]I am also asking for one appeal fee[/highlight].

Defendant, Defend OurFreedoms Foundations, allegedly maintains a website that has publicized public information regarding Plaintiffs, including information pertaining to Lisa Liberi's criminal convictions, and a dispute between Lisa Ostella and Defend Our FreedomsFoundation. Plaintiffs have accused Defendant of violating their rights to privacy and defamation.
