Interesting that the PA Disciplinary Docket does not show him suspended or "inactive unable to practice". Surely they didn't take her word for it.

Perhaps court staff misread Orly's babble as a request for removal by one of his clients, and corrected it shortly thereafter upon actually looking at it.

And that's proper for them to ask the CLERK to remove a lawyer for the opposing side in a letter???????

Taitz et al. inadvertently did the $8,000 client a huge favor. OTOH, Berg does have a legitimate beef. On the third hand, Phil Berg lecturing on legal ethics is hilarious.

For once, while the pot is calling the kettle black, the kettle actually is black. I expect this kind of irresponsible claim to be made by birfer lawyers. Real lawyers? They should be ashamed of themselves.

In my opinion, Berg needs to be disbarred, sooner rather than later, to protect the potential clients who might blunder into hiring him.

Since Berg's misdeeds are already plastered all over the Internet, I find it hard to believe that he lost a client because of the actions of Taitz's lawyers.

Seems that Mr. Berg picked up a bit of malware when he went to Orly's site. =))

(What am I laughing about? I got a nasty virus there myself about two weeks ago. Had to do a system restore followed by manual removal of leftover crud.)

Try the browser helpers Adblock plus and No Script along with the usual anti virus and antimalware programs.

That or find an old computer and you or someone you know put Ubuntu linux on it - Linux while not 100% virus proof, it is 99%....
