I've been thinking this lately too. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Phil drops off the radar for a little while, enough time for people to forget what an embarrassment he is to the legal profession, until the next "big thing" comes alone. Whatever it might be, if it's of birther or truther magnitude, Phil will be there ready to "help" the new cause. Phil's a shyster looking for his next marks and I could even see him hooking up with Lucas Smith next time around, two proven con-men out to fleece the gullible.
