Why does FEMA Camp 7 1/2 have a picture of a guy with stringy hair on the forum listing? Am I missing something?

That's a scene from the movie Being John Malkovich, which features a puppeteer as protagonist (John Cusack as Craig Schwartz). He gets an office job on the 7½th floor of a building, where he has to bend over to walk around because the ceiling is only 4 ft. above the floor.

In FEMA Camp 7½, the ceiling is low (for the campers) and we are the puppeteers.

Plus, he finds a portal into the mind of Malkovich, which I haven't worked into the story yet.

Anyway, that's Cusack playing with a marionette, as we shall play with the campers.

No, but I've played a fairy on the stage (Midsummer Nights Dream)!

And I was in a play once with an actress who had been one of the "extra John Malkovich's" in that movie.

Thanks for the explanation!

Birther dream come true, if you think about it. Finally SOMEBODY'S been thrown in a FEMA Camp.

Our new troofer, too also. ;)

Can you please remove me from the FEMA Camp group? I have tired of them. (I tried but couldn't remove myself.)

You’d get a Troobirf, but it wouldn’t be a NBC because Birfistan doesn’t qualify as a realistic state.

Some kind Scottish solicitor, who will remain nameless, helped me get out of FEMA Camp 7½. I like FEMA Camp Malibu much better.

Reminds me of a family fun saying. My father owned a huge black Briard, short for Berger de Brie, a French dog breed used for sheparding. So one weekend he met up with friends who owned a female Collie. Guess what, the two tried a mating. Everyone began to speculate what offspring may look like (no, negative). The beet guess of the day ended with it beibg a Colibri! :D
