And your implication is that I have bad judgement.

Something that I think is easy for people like you and I - who have been disabled with a lot of pretty horrid pains and symptoms - to forget that for someone who has suddenly been thrown from being reasonably healthy to debilitatingly sick in a *very* short period of time, the drastic change itself can be very destabilizing, and that's not even counting what the symptoms themselves are doing.

Whether he can go back to work or not isn't terribly relevant at this point - he's still dealing with the shock of his new circumstances, and there's no way it's NOT going to affect his mood and reactions at times. If he were turning into some kind of abusive asshole on a regular basis, that would be a whole different matter, IMO. But having some bad days where he writes before he thinks or where something that on one day wouldn't phase him in the least hits him in such a way that on another day it pisses him off, that's really rather normal.

To be quite frank, every day pisses me off. Just getting out of bed take a bit.

I have no problem cutting Foggy some slack. I just felt his buddy whom he supported f*cked him over and he's pissed.

In your post, you said "isn't it the poster who makes the decision..." which, to me, indicates that you are not speaking of yourself specifically, but of any given poster responding to any given post at any given time - a generic hypothetical. THAT "generic poster" is who I was referencing in my response - meaning only that each poster needs to use wisdom and good judgment in deciding under what circumstances more extensive quotes might be called for and under what circumstances they aren't. I said *nothing* about you specifically.
