I've spent the last two days posting over at TFF and I can tell you that JRob clearly does nothing but detract from any thread he participates in. I think that a quantitative study would find that the quality of discussion was inversely proportional to the number of posts by JRob. Getting rid of him was clearly the right thing to do, in my opinion. Good riddance.
