Rush was on a rant today about "who the hell does Michelle Obama think she is telling us to eat more vegetables?" he then went on to say that someone had debunked the "eat more fruit and vegetables" thing as simply being a marketing campaign and not based in any medical reality. Rush urged his listeners to "eat and drink what you like, don't be bullied into eating healthy just cause Michelle Obama tells you too"

EXCELLENT IDEA RUSH! That should guarantee us getting rid of a good percentage of your listeners thanks to heart attack, stroke and complications from diabetes in the next 5 years or so.

I hereby offer my suggestion to Michelle Obama for her next campaign, I have written the following announcement speech for her:

"Increasingly in this country we are distressed to learn that people are dying due to hitting themselves on the head with hammers. This is obviously very unhealthy behavior and in my campaign to help all Americans live long and healthy lives I am hereby launching a campaign to help people stop hitting themselves on the head with hammers, if you know of someone doing such a thing, intervene, tell them that FLOTUS herself is urging them to stop hitting themselves on the head with hammers together we can do great things"

After that I think the "do not eat three big macs a day and washing them down with a fifth of jack daniels" campaign should about clear away enough of the low info voters for the rest of time.

I will sign on to the stop hitting yourself in the head with a hammer campaign. A big ol' monkey wrench leaves a much more interesting dent!
