Dispatches from Birtherstan - 12-13 January 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, we have an assortment of motions in the Alabama Birther Ballot Jihads, and a couple "nope!" from the courts in reply. The State of Hawaii tells Dr. Orly "nope", not once, but twice, while that state's attorney general's office goes "we can has sanctions now yes please??

Stefan Cook passes away from pancreatic cancer.

Both Thomas MacLeran and James Manning seem to be hitting the NyQuil and Peyote smoothies again. And Sharon Meroni - surprise! - challenges Obama on her state's ballot.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 14-16 January 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, I really have to wonder if we're seeing the meltdown and implosion of Dr. Orly Taitz. She has got so much invested in her lie that the event in Georgia is a trial and not a hearing that she's openly threatening State of Hawaii officials, berating her followers, and attacking her fellow birthers. "Birther Report" gets a broadside for daring to point out that Dr. Orly is wrong, and the "Article II Extra Jumbo Super Duper PAC gets slammed for the high crime of not giving Dr. Orly any money.

We also have run on sentences from David LaRocque. Birther fantasies. Joseph Farah throwing a tantrum that the de Vattelists are also daring to question white Republicans too.

Miki Booth blames Obama for the poor sales of her book, while thinking death threats against Obama are just fine. Dr. Orly brings an all-loser birther case to her "no, it's really a trial, honest, ignore what the judge calls it" event. Turns out Carl Swensson gave an interview to a blog with an unsavory reputation. And Lawrence Sellin wants the birtherstani to punish the GOP.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 17-18 January 2012

NOTE: Posting today's dispatches should in no way, shape, or form be seen as supporting or defending SOPA or PIPA.

In today's dispatches, Jerome Corsi continues the World Nut Daily line of "what? How could you question the citizenship of Mitt Romney?? He's…….ummm…..more reflective! Thomas MacLeran continues both his calls for armed revolt AND his fear that Muslims are hiding in his closet.

Dr. Orly continues not only her jihad against her fellow birthers, but the State of Hawaii and anyone else who looks at her cross-eyed. She's hit her manic phase for her upcoming "no, it really IS a trial! Honest! No! Really it is!!!" hearing. Meanwhile, her "Adobe Illustrator" gets a bit violent.

Sorensen is not only told "no", but told "keep your nose clean or we'll collect damages and fees". President Obama has fun with Betty White AND the birthers. Sam Sewell reposts a Sovereign Citizen-style rant by KKK apologist Mark McGrew. And Nick Purpura is on the warpath against the Supreme Court.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 19-20 January 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, Ron Polland/Polarik continues his long slide into insanityland. The SPLC notes the past history of some of the people involved in the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad. Sarah Palin riles the birthers.

We have the order of dismissal in Sorensen v Kennedy, along with a nastygram Sorensen sent to Kennedy after the dismissal.

Dean Haskins shows some personal courage in daring to point out to his fellow birthers that Dr. Orly is harming their crusade more than helping it, with the predictable response from Dr. Orly. Meanwhile, some of Dr. Orly's allies in California start their own Birther Ballot Jihad, while the other players in the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad submit a "dance for us boy" motion to the court.

Colour me unimpressed with the attorney for the Georgia Democratic Party. The judge in that case seems to think so too as he denies the defense motion to quash Dr. Orly's subpoenas and Dr. Orly promptly piddles on the carpet and goes complete apedump insane with a pre-hearing "victory lap" that shows her as petty, immature, and just flat out nasty. And those are her good points.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 21-23 January 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, the birtherstani are having a collective failure of housebreaking over their insistence that the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing on the 26th is the "OMG" moment that will result in that scary black man being frogmarched in chains out of the WHITE House.

Huckabee and Santorum (google it) are playing flirty birther games. Tracy Dorsey comes up with BRAND NEW EVIDENCE that turns out to be OLD STALE FRAUD, and makes a racist video to boot! Dr. Orly is trying to make it clear that it's All About Dr. Orly in birtherstan. Miki Booth throws Dean Haskin's shoes out the door and proclaims her undying devotion to the Temple of Orly.

The owner of an Atlanta Newspaper thinks it would be a great idea for Mossad to assassinate President Obama. Dean Haskins continues to get removed from birtherstani holiday lists. John Woodman gets shouted over by birther "experts". And Leo Donofrio engages in a 207 page legal wankfest that should leave him shaving his palms for a month.

And that is just three days. Who knows what will happen between now and the 26th! (Plus we Left Coastians are gonna have to get up pretty early, not to miss a moment of the circus!)

The Left Coast shouldn't complain. It starts at 6 for you. It starts at 4 for me. And I think it starts sometime late either the previous week or early next month for Australia and Singapore. (I never have figured that date line thing out.)

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 23-26 January 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, the biggest news, obviously, is the Birther Ballot Jihad hearing in Georgia. I delayed for a day due to the lead up drama on this event.

In a nutshell, Dr. Orly does some pre-hearing screeching, the attorney for the Georgia Democratic Party and Obama's campaign decides it's a freaking circus and goes "forget this.", giving the courtroom floor to the birtherstani. Carl Swensson wants his share of the birther bucks, while an article about the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad makes the rounds of all the high-class white nationalist websites.

Sharon Rondeau whines about Democrats saying accurate things about the GOP. The inmates at "Birther Report" are throwing an entire Bandini Mountain of poo, while Dr. Orly shows the class, charm, and maturity of a spoiled brat pre-schooler.

And that was BEFORE the hearing. The actual hearing was a bowel movement in three parts, with Van Irion and Hatfield's de Vattelist nuggets plopping down before Dr. Orly's legal hershey's squirts began, followed by her attempting to seduce the media with her sexy wiles.

But that's all okay because according to Dean Haskins and Carl Swenssen, the fix is in and the judge told the birtherstani attorneys that he was going to give them everything they wanted and a pony BEFORE THE HEARING STARTED. When one considers the sources, one can assume that whatever the judge said, it wasn't quite what they claimed.

In other news, the cases that Dr. Orly were ignoring in Washington DC are coming back to haunt her. Andrew Adler goes "ooops, my bad" and resigns. The Pest and eFail is excited over the fact that one of their patriots actually CALLED a radio station! Miki Booth comes up with brand new and unexplained categories of citizenship. The State of Hawaii moves to dismiss Duncan Sunahara's case. Walter Fitzpatrick is still is jail. And an Arizona cop thinks it's really fun to post a picture of gun-touting teens with a bullet-riddled Obama shirt.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 27 January 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, The Pest and eFail has washed up at the conspiracy site "Gulag Bound", where they give their uniquely dishonest spin to the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing.

By this point the majority of birtherstan is firmly convinced that the judge in the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing gave them everything they wanted (and a pony) before the hearing, but the birtherstani attorneys just decided to go ahead with the hearing and their nonexistent "merits". However, we already have one ruling from the Judge that tells Dr. Orly she doesn't get one thing she wanted or a pony.

Some news video, along with a few YouTube hostings of the hearing footage, courtesy of Joseph Farah's buddy and comrade in arms Floyd Brown. Which meshes with the articles World Nut Daily managed to excrete without actually having had a reporter at the hearing.

Dr. Orly is in Media Whore Heaven. Sharon Meroni realizes she doesn't have what she needs to challenge Obama in Illinois after all. And the police officer in Arizona who thought it would be fun to post a picture of teens with rifles and a shot up Obama shirt tells the Secret Service "was that wrong? should I not have done that??"

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 28-30 January 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, John Dummett and Van Irion try to do the "We won! We won!" dance around a party that hasn't existed in 112 years. Someone gets arrested for threatening Joe Arpaio over his birther flirty games, while Dr. Orly denounces Arpaio for giving the same credibility to her subpoenas that President Obama did.

Walter Fitzpatrick marks another trip around the sun. More media fall out from the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing. Several sources note that Dr. Orly may have been just a little bit legally dishonest in Hawaii. The Southern Legal Resource Center tries to cover up the fact that one of their board of directors just happens to be a birther attorney.

Sharon Rondeau and the Pest and eFail are still Gulag Bound, and she's got some new sources about Obama that I suspect are part of a balanced breakfast. Oh, and she seems to have pissed off their hosting company, so she wants birther bucks.

We have transcripts of the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing, along with the birtherpoolza spin on the hearing (short version, "Dr. Orly is an idiot and is making the birthers look bad") And Donald Trump may throw his undead weasel into the ring.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 31 January - 1 February 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, we have the deadline for the "findings of so-called fact" in the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad. And once again Dr. Orly tries to break the wing nut barrier.

Miki Booth gives her unique spin on things. World Nut Daily's "expert" Herb Titus seems to think that God is a birther. Dr. Orly shows her usual love for ethics and morals. Sharon Meroni and the aptly named Gary Kreep want to change Illinois state law.

Dr. Orly shows the same regard to legal transcripts she does to the actual law. Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi pulls some conspiracy nuggets out of his rear. A GOP committee member in Alabama with a history of racist comments comes up with a planned birther "White" Paper. Thomas MacLeran shows a decades-long pattern of paranoia. Floyd Brown continues to give his boss a reach-around.

With the help of Zeb Blanchard, Walter Fitzpatrick goes all Sovereign Citizen on Monroe County. Larry Sinclair's attorney wants Obama off the ballot so he can win the election with 13% of the vote. And Dean Haskins continues to rile up the birthers.

Wow. Take a day off to spend time with my family, and all birther hell breaks loose.

The biggest news is, of course, the judge's decision in the Georgia cases of "Van Irion, Hatfield, and Taitz v. An Empty Table"

With the judge making his decision, based on sound principals of established law, as to which side has the more convincing arguments.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 4-6 February 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, Miki Booth claims to be challenging Leah Lax, Thomas MacLeran, Laurie Roth, and Cody Judy for the "Dingbat Birther" party presidential nomination. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals sticks a fork in Keyes/Barnett v Obama. Terry Lakin is told "no, you can't have medical license, not yours.

Dr. Kate and the floaters in her toxic toilet ball are wondering what's taking the overthrow of the government so long? Dr. Orly tells Indiana that they get the next stop on the Birther Ballot Jihad world tour. Dean Haskins takes professional Seditionist Sharon Rondeau to task for her support of Dr. Orly.

The big news, however, is the screaming tempest in birtherstan in the wake of Judge Malihi's decision. Dr. Orly not only sends the Georgia Secretary of State a big ol' fruit basket of fresh horse apples, but she accuses Judge Malihi of everything short of beating collies over the head with a mallet, but mostly for the crime of "saying no to Dr. Orly while having a funny last name". Most of the other birthers continue a meltdown full of death threats against the President, open racism, calls for military coups and the violent overthrow of the government, and other fun things to do on a rainy day.

The birthers eat their own. David Farrar is unhappy with his attorney but still is upset that the president wasn't made to jump though hoops and show his papers. Joseph Farah warns the GOP they better not select any swarthy types as VP or he'll take his pornstar mustache and stay home. Pam Barnett and Carl Swensson are both on the short bus to paranoia central. Mark McGrew seems to be in the running for the "nastiest piece of birther crap" award. And a batch of birther patriots warn the government that anyone they don't like better leave around mid-September or they'll demand the military get on their side and YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 7-8 February 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, a recent poll of the remaining Republicans shows the birther index is much higher. Meanwhile the birthers score another loss in Virginia. The birtherstani also petition Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp to please please PLEASE don't let that scary black man on the ballot!!

Too bad Kemp has another answer for the birthers.

Because of Kemp's reply and the news that Joe Arpaio will release his "Cold Case Report" on 1 March, the birthers are acting like feeding time for the piranha tank, with "hang them all, let God sort them out" narrowly edging out "to hell with the Constitution, there's a black man in the WHITE House" for sheer rabidity.

The Pest and eFail comes back on line and promptly prints whiney letters. Not to mention open and blatant calls for insurrection, and another of Padawan Pauly's "Sacred Sperm of Citizenship" screeds. And finally, Dr. Orly is nearly incoherent with rage about being told "no", and is threatening Brian Kemp, Judge Melihi, and anyone else who dares get in the way of the Nitrous Queen's fury.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 9-10 February 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, convicted forger Lucas Smith can't seem to understand why not even a birther attorney wants him as a witness. Andrew Breitbart is getting annoyed at the Rubio birthers (Obama birthers are just fine though). World Nut Daily has to retire on the fainting couch when their in-house polling group gets answers World Nut Daily doesn't want to hear.

If Stormfront ever closes, I suspect most of its members could find a nice home in the comments section of World Nut Daily. Stephen Pidgeon runs for office on a platform of "Eek! Gays!" and conspiracy. Sedition and just plain insanity is the order of the day at Birther Report.

Mark McGrew is a bit upset at Secretary of State for Georgia Brian Kemp. Dr. Orly is a bit upset at Joe Arpaio. World Nut Daily can't understand why the scary black man hasn't been hauled away in handcuffs yet. David Earl-Graef can't understand why the scary black man hasn't been hauled away in handcuffs yet. Padawan Pauly seems to have devolved his theory down to the Sacred White Sperm of Citizenship. The Birther Ballot Jihad stops in Pennsylvania. And Walter Fitzpatrick gets checked out from the Graybar Hotel.

In today's dispatches, some interesting commentary on the birther - GOP relationship. Dr. Kate stoops to childish name calling. The racist "14th Amendment citizen" theory is getting some traction in birtherstan. A couple of the more radical birther blogs recycle old news about military coups.

ConWebBlog knocks a birther for complaining about being called a birther. We get the latest birther attorney, and he's not only compressed sleazeloaf, but FAMILIAR compressed sleazeloaf. Of course, Dr. Orly throws a fit at anyone but the Nitrous Queen getting those Birther Bucks.

Hatfield wants his cut of the Birther Buck Bonanza. And the Pest and eFail publish a….wait for it…..whiney letter!!

In today's dispatches, "The Daily Pen" comes up with yet another crazy theory. More conspiracy goodness in the aftermath of the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing. Van Irion and Dr. Orly both file their appeals of their loss to an empty table.

Birther Report exaggerates a bit. Dr. Kate continues to explore the bottom of Lake Conspiracy, where the water tells her things. Terrible things. Meanwhile, James Manning wants the birtherstani to please dig deep for Dr. Kate, Walter Fitzpatrick, And Terry Lakin for having sacrificed so much for their paranoid delusions.

Dr. Orly tries to get her birther on with Newt Gingrich. Dean Haskins continues to try and tell his fellow birtherstani that the Nitrous Queen has no clothes. Thomas MacLeran continues to show his islamophobia, while Padawan Pauly wants people to PLEASE pay attention to his Sacred Sperm of Citizenship theory. Because, as you know, the founding fathers only wanted patriotic, red, white and blue, flag-waving tadpoles to knock up American Uteri.

The aptly named Gary Kreep catches the office bug. The American Stinker shows some interesting racism. Kansas, New Hampshire and Missouri try for "Birther Bill 2.0 - Beyond Thunderdome". And Dr. Orly ratchets up the crazy to the point she's almost screaming for Obama's death.

In today's dispatches, Mark Hatfield files his appeal paperwork. Kansas wants their own 2012 model birther bill. Manning is double-downing on the nutty. Birther Report takes a potshot at Dr. Orly, while she tries to take her road show to Indiana.

Dr. Orly hears a word she should be quite used to hearing. Thomas MacLeran tells why he's running his vanity campaign for president. Charles Kerchner sends out AN ALL CAPS press release. Tracy Dorsey / Fair does her own birther ballot jihad filing, and it's has crazy as her videos are. And Mark Hatfield doesn't want taitz sprayed all over his cases.

In today's dispatches, the Birther Ballot Jihad attempts continue. And in come cases, the birthers past legal history are their own worst enemy. Meanwhile the birtherstani seem to be going "Old News is Fun, Yay!"

Professional Seditionist Sharon Rondeau wants to know why tranny hunter and pink plastic phallus owner/operator Darren Huff is in jail, when there are real criminals that should be there (by which she means "debunkers"). Meanwhile, the racism in birtherstan continues to be on the increase.

Dr. Orly tries to shoehorn herself into Georgia anyway, while her Yahoo continues to be a hot zone. Walter Fitzpatrick still can't accept responsibility for his actions. And Gary Nance comes up with a theory on citizenship that harkens back to the thrilling days of the 1930's and 40's.

In today's dispatches, the Pest and eFail reports that the Supreme Court will discuss the tea party / birther case "Purpura v Sebelius". The Supreme Court seems to have a different idea. Cody Judy commits explosive legal diarrhoea within the Georgia court system.

David Farrar seems to have no problems with Dr. Orly's continuing insanity. And it looks like his pro se activity is just as a placeholder for Dr. Orly to take the case over again if/when it hits the Supreme Court. Deadbeat dad Larry Klayman wants a revolt against the government (again) to support his crusade against the President.

Former Sen. Alan Simpson suggests the birthers make his oatmeal hit the wall. Dean Haskins tells the world that Birtherpoolza is in an indefinite parking orbit. Dr. Orly gears up to see if her birther ballot jihad plays has well in Indiana as it did in Georgia. Professional seditionist Sharon Rondeau may want to double check the adjectives she uses at times. Joe Arpaio claims to be doing President Obama a favor.

Dr. Orly continues to be a huge attention whore. We have video of Kerchner's lack of press conference. A birther ducks out on a debate. Dr. Orly threatens local GOP groups. Carl Swensson needs to remember to keep quiet when using sock puppets. Tribble mobility scooter Donald Trump endorses Governor Flipper.

And Padawan Pauly's buddy Gordon Warren Epperly does his own ballot jihad, which is primarily based upon Epperly's dismay that someone of dusky hue is actually considered to be a citizen!

In today's dispatches, the birther civil war between Dr. Orly and the Article II Super Duper Hot and Spicy PAC heats up. Kansas makes a decision on their birther bill. And Arpaio's press conference will be streamed by WND-TV, along with a familiar name.

But the real fun comes as Dr. Orly sits in front of the Indiana Election Committee. Which seems to have done their homework and has little to no patience for her antics. And once again shows her legal skills is no match for something flat-packed and assembled by a hex wrench.

If Dr. Orly continues to lose to empty tables like this, she's going to have a PTSD flashback the next time she walks into an IKEA.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 25-27 February 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, Martha Trowbridge may have come up with the handy dandy all-purpose excuse for birthers confronted with facts and the like. Beware the power of OCTPAW!!. Miss Ticky is paranoid enough to think her fellow birthers are one of THEM. Van Irion's Tennessee case gets moved (and dinged for improper service.

The Sovereign Citizen movement gets ranked up there with other threats. SPLC and others take note of Gordon Warren Epperly's latest. Dr. Orly's fail parade in Indiana gets noticed. Meanwhle, Dr. Orly gets increasing abusive towards her fellow birtherstani for DARING to think THERE's anyone ELSE promoting their crap. The ex-mayor of Clovis, NM, wants people to ignore his birtherism.

It's suggested that Joe Arpaio's World Nut Daily-scripted news conference may just be a little biased. Cody Judy attempts to sue his want onto the Georgia ballot. Much like Romeo and Juliet or Bonnie and Clyde, Kerchner and Appuzo reunite to face legal rejection together.

Meanwhile, the tombs of Birtherstan open and the shambling form of Philip Berg returns to the scene. Scott Erlandson is trying to claim he's anything but what he really is - namely a cowardly liar. And Jablonski files a motion to dismiss with two whole pages of the birther fail bowl parade.
